The location and the staffs are very good

Yes! There was construction going on across the street all night, and the noise from the machinery was very loud. We were exhausted after a long day, and we had to endure the noise at night.

It in the heart of the town ¿ walking distance to many things ¿ loved the staff

Located in the center of Vik near many shops and restaurants. Pretty solid breakfast offerings.

Not the most luxurious but got the job done. Bathroom didn¿t have anywhere to hang towels and very few outlets in the room.

Nice view,quite street. Could hear the waves. Great breakfast.

We did not know about the coffee in the upstairs hall till we were leaving.

Great location almost right on the black beach there. Rooms were clean and cozy with a nice little breakfast spread to start the day. Vik is a cool little town and would def stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was smaller. It was quiet at night and set back from the Main Street.

We couldnt get a family room so had to book 2 rooms.

Great location in town

The hotel shares the lobby with a tour operator across the street. When we went for breakfast there were many non-hotel guests taking and eating the food and using the restrooms and acting like they owned the place. The staff on duty tried to her best to keep the food stocked but we were expecting a quiet breakfast only to experience a mad rush of non-hotel guests getting ready for the tour.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, beds/sleep was great. It was quiet and clean. The view out the window was of the gorgeous cliffs and bird colonies- very cool!

The price was very high- higher than our other luxury hotel the night before.

Best things about the hotel are the price, location, breakfast. Self check in was easy, they have their own parking just outside and the room was very clean. It's great for a one or two night stay. Not fancy, but totally fine. I suppose it helps keep process reasonable. Heating worked great in winter.

The main hall upstairs where the rooms are is ugly and looks a bit sketchy. It is not sketchy however, Iceland is the safest country in the world after all. Once inside the room it's a much better vibe. There is no lift, which might be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs.

Location is nice since it's along the golden Circle and the breakfast is really nice complimentary coffe and tea is a very nice gesture. The bedroom space is amazing

Location was ideal. Rooms were clean. We liked the keypad entry to the rooms and breakfast was great and included. Kids loved the hot chocolate and cookies at reception on arrival. Staff was very nice.

The location is exceptional. The interior of the room is clean and very spaciousness especially knowing most Iceland rooms are fairly basic. The staff were all super friendly and nice. From greetings to check in to breakfast, everything was awesome. The best place we’ve stayed in Iceland! Highly recommended! Will be back again for sure!

The bathroom door was pretty squeaky but it didn’t affect too much we just didn’t use the door pretty much at all.

Cozy and comfortable room, a hearty and delicious breakfast, convenient parking, and wonderfully caring staff. I would gladly return if fate brings me back to Vík.
