The hotel is situated by the sea with a beautiful view of the island of Proti. the location is close to several fish restaurants and the hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean.

Amazing bedroom with a great sea view and an extremely comfortable king size bed. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice breakfast as well and very afordable The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always worried to know if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything.Good location with easy access and parking is also available.

Nice quiet place on the seafront. Superb room with sea view, clean and spacious, we loved the facilities too.Superb breakfast with good variety of food an drinks. Good location.Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic stay, great location next to sea, very polite staff, nice breakfast very clean and modern rooms. We did not try the swimming pool. This is my go to hotel from now on at this price range for this region.

The place is marvelous, next to the seaside, in Marathopolis with lots of cafes and taverns and 10' by car from wonderful sandy beaches. This is a value for money hotel, an ideal place to navigate Messinia, a place blessed by God.

Minor things that do not deserve much attention compared with the good things.

It was wonderful meeting the owners they were so helpful. Gave us good advice on where to go. It was fantastic and beautiful on the sea

Nice and clean room, newly renovated with a good shower and good bed. The pool is lovely and there’s a gym. Staff is very friendly, lovely breakfast. Wonderful place for a few resting days. The hotel is right on the coast so you fall asleep with the sounds of the sea in the background. Beautiful sunset from te room. I loved the colony of swallows that’s nesting on the side of the building. Marathopolis is small and a lot is under construction. There’s one main street and a small boulevard with some restaurants.
