Great location, beautiful beach, great restaurants. High level of service throughout resort. Amazing

this resort hotel has best in class service , quality of rooms , quality of breakfast.the breakfast has so much variety of choices and all has best taste.we visited the resort Italian restaurant ( Da Luigi) which has best in class dishes!the indoor health club has heated pool and jacuzzi so perfect for rainy days.the hotel has decided to upgrade our rooms which was of a nice favor and a had been a good surprise ..100% we will return

Beautiful resort, lots of nature and sorrounding plants are amazing, thumbs to all the gardeners keeping the place up. Breakfasts were nice, lots of variety for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans, fresh food, accommodating staff always ready to meet our expectations. Great facilities for kids, a lot of swimming pools, excellent beach with nice bar and sunbeds. I'd recommend going in low season, as you get better prices and there's way less people than in the peak of the summer.

Exceptional service, diverse selection of pools (the kids loved them), delicious food, the area around the “Agora”, great selection of outdoor activities — everything exceeded our expectations and left us impressed!

Many restaurants were closed or had a very reduced menu, spa facilities was closed (just treatments available), exterior pools were closed (although heated). We wouldn’t have booked there (especially at that price !) had we known thatVery disappointing overall

Our stay met all our expectations. Although we booked a garden-view room, we were given a room with an open view of the mountains, the sea, and the pool. The staff were exceptional—everyone from the reception team to the cleaning services showed incredible kindness. We had dinner on the deck of our apartment with a private pool, which was magnificent. There are at least two heated pools, and the beachfront area is also wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Romanos Luxury Collection resort Costa Navarino, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to assist with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.As a pet owner, I was thrilled to find that this hotel is truly pet-friendly. I could take my furry companion with me everywhere, including the restaurants beach, swimming pool and for breakfast. It made our experience even more enjoyable, knowing we were welcome togetherThe facilities are stunning, with luxurious accommodations that are both elegant and comfortable. Every detail is meticulously designed, creating an inviting atmosphere. The amenities, from the spa to the dining options, are top-notch and truly enhance the experience.

We had an amazing experience and your team, particularly Magda at the reception and Konstantinos with the buggies, made us a very positive impression.We enjoyed the surprise room upgrade, Prosecco, and dessert from Romanos Guest Experience Team, we had delicious meals in Barbouni, Pero and Kooc!You managed to create memorable moments for us and we will recommend your hotel to friends and acquaintances.

Incompetence of the front desk to confront unexpected problems!!!

First day check in at 15:00, problematic room, entered another room at 22:00, staying out all this time, no compensation, upgrade or whatever! Not even offer for late checkout the last day.

The facilities are superb, and having been coming here since it opened, its true to say that the place has aged very well and is very well looked after. The rooms are ultra comfy - great air con and every need catered for. Breakfasts are a particular delight.. although most of the restaurants are excellent. I liked that our 4 year granddaughter was made welcome everywhere.

Having stayed here almost every year since the opening [covid excepting] I was disappointed that the hotel couldnt arrange for us to keep one of the 3 rooms I had booked for a later check out. That aside there is very little to criticise.. this hotel group gets most things right.

Beautiful property with everything you can wish for. Amazing golf course and service all around. Rooms were beautiful, overlooking the golf course and the sea.

The different restaurants give a food experience unlike anywhere else I know in Greece. Excellent steak, Japanese, fish etc. And not everything was expensive. The resort is so well designed, and is luxury.

We had a pushy wine waiter at Da Luigi who kept trying to upsell us and pouring drinks too fast. There were one of two signs that the hotel needed to pay a bit more attention to detail - plug didn't work, clock didn't work, I could never get through to reception, but on the whole it is a wonderful place.

Beautiful resort with friendly local staff, good quality food, family oriented. We loved that even though it’s a resort, you know you are in Greece and see parts of the country’s beauty and culture, which is not the case in other resorts

I think since it’s a family resort, there should be kids evening entertainment every evening

The extensive report has well planted gardens with a variety of swimming pools. There is also a sandy beach. So even when it is full there is plenty of leafy space to find a quiet spot.

This resort is terribly overpriced. You are stranded there is you don’t have a car so you have to eat at the resort and the food is not very varied and is twice the price it should be. Budget a minimum of £30/person per meal. A Greek salad is £20 and a coke is £5. Food quality does not match resort quality. Staff quality on Reception is also poor for the price, with the majority being trainee hotel school interns and a general lack of interest/sympathy/energy. A 50 minute massage is 150 euros and the therapists are variable quality. Disabled or elderly visitors and those with small children should be aware the resort is very large and some of the rooms require a buggy ride; request a room near Reception to be near the pool/breakfast.

The gym is amazing here. Lots of options to get a good workout in. All the food at all the restaurants we ate at were fabulous. Pool food was amazing too. Breakfast buffet spread was out of this world! Endless options.

It was great I wouldn’t change anything.

Breakfast was excellent and a real treat although I suspect in high season and lots of children it would be a 'zoo'. Buggy drivers were especially courteous as was Front Desk

In parts this is simply a worn and tired resort especially the public areas around the rooms

Amazing location. Beautiful buildings and rooms. Exceptional exteriors with the pools and the parks. Very friendly staff.

The people working there were super polite and they have prepared a nice surprise for my wife as this was a honeymoon trip!! Amazing facilities!! I really recommend the spa!!
