Citotel Les Sternes

The carpeting in the hallways was dingy and the furniture in the little space on the first floor landing is miss matched and dated. The online photo lead me to believe the hotel had rooms that faced the water directly….only 2 rooms have that view. The photo was an aerial view. The breakfast was overpriced.However, the location was within walking distance of one of the ports and many restaurants. You can Get some viennoiserie from the bakery down the street, get some coffee in the lobby and walk across the street to a cute bench that faces the view seen in the photo.

Good breakfast, possibility to have coffee/tea from a machine in the lobby any time during the day, free billiard. Very friendly staff.

The bunk bed a bit creaky, but ok for one night, you could hear sounds from neighbour rooms, or corridor - but again, for us for one night this wasn't a big deal.

The room was a decent size for a family of 4. The location is good for going to nice nearby restaurants.

The room (and bathroom) got very humid quickly and stayed humid for a long time. We had to ask the hotel for a de-humidifier, which they supplied happily. On a 3 nights stay, we emptied the dehumidifier twice because it was full.

The location in relation to the city center.

The beds had stains of old, washed blood that did not come out. The shower did not have hot water.

Clean hotel and very accomodating host.

Around 15 minute walk to town.

The place itself is magic. The hotel is close to the ocean. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. In the hotel you can get free coffee. The staff is very nice and responsive. They are also dog friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is located at a roundabout, so be prepared to the road noise.

Too late and Missed breakfast, too $ for what was available I think

Very friendly and helpful staff which speak english.We didn't book breakfast but coffe machine (with coffe and hot chocolatte for kids) and dishes/glasses were proposed us for free.There is nice backyard with tables and chears for spending time with glass of vine. It is not five star hotel but you for sure get a bit more than you pay for.

Tea and Coffee gratis available 24/7 and rest room with billard table.

Basic room not much more to say

Pictures look much better than reality, service was at a mere minimum, could not get connected to wifi but they couldn't care less.

Location

The property is quite dated & should be renovated. The rooms are okeish - spacious & clean. In my opinion, bath should & could be cleaned better. The look of corridors leave a bad impression - carpets are worn out, there is a smell of cigarettes… It’s a shame because the staff is very nice & helpful.

The bed was comfortable.

Everything was quasi broken, the housekeeping could have been better, the decoration was really outdated.

Unfortunately we have little positive to tell about this hotel that has obviously seen better days - a shame since Pierros Guirec is itself a cute and worthwhile destination

Not easy to find, the hotel is situated on a roundabout without a sidewalk, on the edge of Pierros Guirec. Reception hours are limited, there is no elevator, and the room was small, with (except for a micro desk squeezed next to the bed) not even a table to share a bite together. The shower is only reachable by a high step and a small entry without anything to hold onto - impossible for anybody with a leg problem. The whole place makes a badly maintained impression. In brief, we were tricked by a presentation and pics that don’t reflect the real situation.

Location - close to Les granite rose. Walkable to restaurants.

Could hear other guests in the corridor in the morning.
