the location is fantastic, staff very friendly

no aircondition, much noise over night (with open window, otherwise it is extremely sticky in the room). Staff noted this and placed a fan in the room but over night, its not so comfortable.

Good location for touring , walking , beach

The view was not great.

It's a fairly decent hotel, good quality fittings and furniture, comfortable bed, spotless cleanliness. Location is very good, a few steps away from the beach and the promenade with restaurants and bars. Perros-Guirec has a very good, laid-back vibe, we didn't plan to stay here for the night, but we liked it so much and have changed our plans.

Our room was facing nowhere but for 1 night and for the price we payed it was totally acceptable.

I was on a business trip. Had a great stay, comfortable to work in my room. Great location for beach walks. The breakfast was pretty good. Enjoyed my stay

The spa, the breakfast, the bed, the people

Great location to access the path of pink granite coast. Rooms were clean, staff was great. Bonus there was a a fan in the room as it was still a little warm outside.

Location, room was clean

A charger was removed from our room by the cleaning staff. The receptionists could not help us to find/get it back.The room was very hot even though it was only 20 degrees outside. We only had a door so could not easily ventilate the room.The shower was in a small bath with the tap really low. There where a lot of additional facilities but you had to pay for extra which was not always clear upfront.

Room was well equipped, very clean, friendly staff. Location very close to the beach is great.

I liked the apartment set up with a kitchen allowing for meals

The location is awesome, only a few steps away from the promenade at the waterfront. That the hotel frequently offers free water and croissants is a nice touch. Free public parking available on the street right next to the hotel.

Cleanliness of the floors was an issue - especially since the carpet in our room was not new at all. Also the fridge didn't really work.

Everything. The hotel room was super comfortable, huge and airy, super clean. Way above the concept of 3 stars. The staff was friendly and communicative and it was super handy to have a parking option beneath the hotel.

The breakfast in the morning is not worth the money because it has few options and is quite pricey for them considering you have a wonderful boulangerie at the back which has superb offers and good prices.

Rooms spotless.. Sofa bed fantastic plus big double bed... Free hot tub sauna etc use.. Options of paid massages... Right next to a fab beach.. Breakfast was great staff working hard to keep everything topped up

Location was excellent ! So close to everything, including the beach and the footpath.

Our standard room was on the small side with a view of the parking lot.

Decent sized room with a usable balcony. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Reception has no control over the car park gate and there is no intercom. So on arrival have to leave car (I had already driven down the slope) to get the key fob from reception.Didn't use the spa facility but, though we were aware, think it odd that a spa has no pool facility.

Position. Bedroom size.

This was a air B and B without the breakfast and not a hotel. Anything other than the bedroom was extra including breakfast and the spa facilities. The receptionist was miserable and cold. There was no outside are to sit and the breakfast room was dark.

Location, apartment was clean

The apartment is sold as being part of the hotel- is not clearly stated that is a totally different (old and not very well maintained building). You pay for a hotel price and service and you get a totally different one- no information at recepcion about hotel facilities, breakfast, bar- nothing, no information in the apartment neither, no cleaning until 15:30 when is too late when you have a small child and even after discussing for the previous day the comments are not taken into consideration. The only hotel service you get is to do check in and check out at the hotel reception- that’s it.

Our balcony on the top floor faced west and we enjoyed the great view and the setting sun. No distance from the seafront and all the restaurants.

Public parking was difficult at first but we were eventually able to find a spot close to the hotel.

10/10 for the location, 100m from the beach with an amazing beach front with restaurants, bar and the casino Staff was amazingly friendly

Bathroom deserved 8/10, i always look for details but its still clean

Lift broken

Proximity to the ocean and harbour. Convenient parking. Very comfortable beds and rooms and fairly spacious. Staff was friendly and someone took our luggage to our rooms because the elevator was not working. Breakfast was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful.
