Brit Hotel Montpellier Parc Expo

It's always great to come here. Probably my 5th time already. So close to the expo and large parking. It's not luxury, but the rooms are large and very clean, the staff is always nice and the price is more than fair. See you next year

Good basic hotel. Staff very good. Large parking area next to hotel. Breakfast plentiful. Very good value. Would stay again.Location good for the Arena and the airport. Italian restaurant next to hotel and other restaurants very near.

Big room, comfortable bed, AC, nice staff

+ Very kind staff. + Big parking. - Old facilities that need urgent renovations. I had mold in my room, in the bathroom and under the window. These were not isolated at all, such that the room had high humidity during the night and the sheets were wet. It was also not clean. - The bathroom had hairs in the sink... the floor was not perfectly clean, the sheets had stains… - The lights of the Hotel sign were blinking all night but that’s a minor issue. Hotel with huge potential if properly managed.

Nothing sadly

It was dirty, smelt of smoke. The room was gross and the bed extremely uncomfortable

The location : 5 mns by walk to the parc expo and 2mns to the tram. A nice bakery just next door and a kettle in the room.

Only 2 sockets, already used for the kettle and a lamp. No sockets next to the bed.

Poor

The hotel is totally clapped out and uncared for, curtains torn and falling off, floor damaged, bathroom barely clean, carpets threadbare. The whole effect is depressing and in consequence the price feels very excessive.

The staff was friendly. The bed was big and comfortable. The location near the airport was the best....what I needed.

The Hotel could use a little more love....give a little more attention too the details.

Convenient place to stop over on Route.

A receptionist who could not understand me when I was telling her that there was no kettle in our room and patronised me with a gesture I did not appreciate.

Reception were super friendly and helpful.

The first room absolutely stank of both fresh and stale cigarette smoke. we had to move. I chose it as it advertises free internet which I needed for work but we had zero signal.
