Car park good, restaurant in evening was very good.

Room was very cold and heating not effective as took a very long time to get partially warm and so noisy - it was an exceptionally cold night and maybe this was the issue.

The staff were very helpful and caring.The restaurant was good and the food was goodIt was good value

The room was very small and the bed very uncomfortable.The price for one night at €190 was very expensive.It is close to the airport and the taxi cost €30! and he turned up 25 minutes late and was not polite.

Our flight was delayed but the hotel was able to provide some hot food late in the evening.

We chose 1 night stay as we needed the location of this hotel for a visit the following day.

For a double and a single beds room hotel, the size of the room was ridiculously small. We could barely move, took turns to stand up.The mattress was so sunken we kept rolling into the middle of the bed, I did not sleep at all. The synthetic pillow was really uncomfortable. We 3 woke up with back pain. They definetly need to invest in new beds.For the money we should have gone to an Ibis instead.

Stayed here over night as I had an early flight from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient. Excellent breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. Very satisfactory.

The burgers on the menu were really not good. never eaten meat so dry. Also after heavy rain, water came into my room on ground floor.

They will ask you for a deposit and they are not giving back the deposit when you leave! You can call them, no one is speaking in english! After 4 days I did’nt receive any deposit back! The only reply is to wait!What a shame!

Ver poor WIFI. Was impossible to work. Old doors, difficult to open with the huge keys

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff very friendly and breakfast really good. We were only in transit and breakfast was served from 6am.

Dinner in the restaurant was not very good.

Location and facilities

They insisted I had not paid so I paid on arrival. Later I showed evidence of payment to the agent, took details and said they will refund. Still waiting for refund. Sent them a message via the app - no reply!

The hotel was lovely nearly all the staff were fantastic and made you feel very welcome. The food is very very good and the whole hotel had a lovely feeling to it. The waitress that served us in the evening was amazing so was the lady in the morning and lunchtime

The waiter was the biggest let down. It felt that he was staying at the hotel not working. When he sits down to talk to a table while people are waiting for food and drinks is wrong. The hotel is loosing so much money from him not getting more drinks to the table.

It was close to the airport.We booked very last minute as we had a flight change.The swimming pool was great for an early morning swim.We all shared a room, there were 4 of us.

The room was airless, we opened the window and held it open with the curtain. Maybe a fan would be good.It was quite dark and dated but for a 1 night stay it was clean and comfortable.

It was maybe for us a bad luck, but it was very noisy all night we didn’t sleep people were noisy close to the swimming pool

So, we came to the hotel and we were asked to pay by cash again for the stay. We told, that we already paid for the hotel however the answer we received from the employee was the money will be refunded after the stay. Nobody paid money back and I am writing this comment after 2 weeks. So, we paid twice for the room. Be careful!

The police had to come we got no sleep as shouting slaming doors screaming guests all night on drugs.
