A lovely quiet, calm and very safe feeling area. Hotel perfectly modern and clean. Secure car park, many restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Marina pedestrianised and perfect for an evening stroll.

Very good location close next to the harbor, very helpful and transparent staff, comfortable room, request to have two twin beds met, good wifi, access ramp in front of the hotel. Overall good value for money.

Good location. Room was comfortable and well-equipped. Nearby public parking, plus onsite secure parking.

Spotlessly clean rooms and nicely decorated lobby. Short walk to the port, followed by the beach. Quiet at night.

Rooms are disappointing versus the marketing photos. Parking incurs an additional cost. Expensive (130e) considering off-season and pedestrian feel. Le Carnon in October is a pass. Dog excrement everywhere.

It’s location and facilities good, used the swimming pool, bar for pool side drinks and restaurant for breakfast. Secure parking which was good. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful when I needed it. I walked to the Saturday morning market close by and we had a good choice of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I was also impressed that the beach was accessible within a 15 minute walk.

There was no gin in the bar and we felt breakfast location a bottleneck, not easy to use. A grab handle in the shower would have been helpful for us old people

The room and hotel generally was very clean and bright. The location is good, very close to a lovely beach on the other side of the harbour. However, it had its own pool, so plenty of options to swim and relax.

the shower floor was a little slippery, which should be looked at.

The front desk for check in and check out was very very welcoming and Helpful especially Marie.The bar was very nice too. Anna was very lovely and helpful. The cocktails very very nice and the Tapas too! Good portions, good tasteThe common area and pool area was clean, bright and calm. Very agreable.The access to the port was very nice.

I did not like the lift.Parking spaces were very tight and entering the gate code all the time was a bit tedious.The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us towels on the last night.I heard some staff at the bar being vocal talking badly about a client when the client came to check on his order. The man at the bar was annoyed at the client. It was very unpleasant and not professional in my opinion. Sometimes the orders at the bar can be a bit long.

so, we paid 233 euors for a night in a boutique hotel - where we had 'partial sea view' as per booking- it was a 1/2 window in the room, with opening above our waist - i.e. our son could not see outside - the partial sea view was looking at one of the rows where the boats are parked - i am guessing there was sea water in this part of the boat hence 'Sea view' - after the boat parking slots was a major building - i.e. - no idea of the sea view. The ceiling of the room was old false ceiling from the 80s maybe. The feeling was that were stayed in a renovated locker room with toilet. The AC in the room was a central AC system - with mazing cooling effect - we were sweating in the room.

The staff - very unpolite - and not friendly - there was a young girl at the reception during our check in- i asked if we can have a crib for our son - NO - my wife then asked in french - oh, you asked too late - now we cannot give you anything (check in at 17:30 - wife asked at 20:30). During check out - i got a call at 11:00 that we need to leave - i asked give us 20 -30 minutes my wife is not feeling well, she took the meds- let her rest for another 10 minutes - we got a call at 11:10 and again at 11:20 for the same - leave now. For breakfast - there were 2 bottels of water (empty) i asked the staff to kindly fill it - sure - was it filled - NO. and my wife wanted to take some food for our son, still sleeping to our room - NO - LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL ....

The staff were fantastic, the property was wellpresented and clean. Right on the marina which is a bonus.

Beds could be bigger

We enjoyed the large terrace with a nice view of the marina. Dinner in the restaurant was great as was the breakfast buffet.

The shower was very slippery and there was no grab rail or towel rail. There were two small steps up to the elevator with no hand rail. They overcharged us €5 on our dinner bill but corrected it when we noticed, (We ordered one menu and one plat.)

Nice harbor view. Good food in the hotel restaurant and service is excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got room service breakfast which was the perfect way to start the day! The inside of the property is gorgeous, as well the pool deck overlooking the port. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The bar in the lobby offers pizzas which is great for grabbing a quick lunch by the pool. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, and pretty close to the beach as well!

The location was pretty isolated, and in order to get into the city you had to walk 30 minutes to take a tram, making it almost an hour long ordeal to get into the city. Luckily there were a bunch of restaurants nearby, because there wasn't much offered at the hotel restaurant. A very limited menu consisting of 3 entrees is available each week, changing every Monday. The restaurant is also closed for dinner on Sundays (and maybe Saturdays? that was unclear from the online brochures we were given) so make sure you're prepared.

Comfortable bedding , window blind and quiet area when we stayed here. Small bar and pool downstairs was a bonus !

A short drive off the autoroute, on the water’s edge, parking available (very important), near restaurants, wish I could be there in warmer weather. Second time and I make a point to stay here. Animal friendly. Great food in the hotel restaurant. All in all, a hidden gem.

Great location on the marina, nice renovated rooms, clean and modern. Parking available (at cost) restaurants and bars close by.
