Nice pool

Noise from street and other rooms

The hotel has a nice pool area and beautiful terraces for every room, where one could sit outside. It was clean which was very nice and the staff was very friendly. It is a bit far from the centre of Chania, but there is a convenient bus line which takes you there in 20 minutes.

The bathroom seemed to be falling apart, with some facilities hanging on their hinges or the like. It was a pity that the charm of the hotel was diminished due to such negligence.

We loved the location overlooking the marina & bay each morning while we enjoyed breakfast at the upstairs restaurant. The Brekky was a good standard, although no fresh fruit. There’s a lovely beach & a supermarket 2 minutes walk. We enjoyed the pool area & loungers to relax on. The beds were very comfortable & the staff were so friendly & helpful. We ended up returning to the hotel restaurant 3 of our 4 nights, because the food was so good, the prices were reasonable & the waitress was so cheerful & chatty.

The shower didn’t have a wall fixture, it was handheld, so it made washing your hair rather inconvenient. I also didn’t love how all the balconies are facing each other in close proximity……it made me a bit uncomfortable being out there if others were already sitting on theirs, and I felt like people could easily look into our room.

I liked the location, quiet and beautiful near Chania with the car. The room was big for two persons

The apartment was UNCLEAN. Disgusting dead mosquitos on the walls, the floors full of stains, the bedsheets were smaller than the bed, the mattress was exposed and our pillows were touching the disgusting mattress. We had broken lock on the balcony door the owner said he will come to fix, he never came. The bathroom was not clean we found hair on the toilet ring, the water WAS NOT HOT. NO MOSQUITO NETS neither on the window neither on the balcony, get ready for mosquito invasion.

Very Good. Good variety of tasty food.

It was the ideal hotel to stay or rather start our fifth visit to Crete. Don't mind to using it on our next visit.

Very close to the seaside and great beaches around.

Breakfast wasn’t the best - it’s a very pooor buffet option.

- we were half board which was great value, the dinner on an evening was superb. It was a set menu, however I was able to change if I did not like something which was great.- lovely pool area- spacious rooms- owners were lovely- the restaurant has the most amazing view of the harbour- bus stop right outside the hotel for transport into chania ( takes 25 minutes )

- breakfast was very basic, not much options and same everyday, however we did not mind as we didn’t each much anyway for breakfast.- no shower head so had to hold shower head.- the hotel was on a very busy road; however our room was not near road but still quiet loud during night.

It was 2 minutes from the beach. It was a quiet place as well.

Breakfast could have been more varied.

The location of this property was great. The hotel had a good selection of items at the breakfast. We ate evening meals at the hotel with beautiful views overlooking the water.

The air conditioning in the room did not cool well.

The breakfast is the same every day and lacks variety. There are some bugs on the ground floor terrace, they sometimes get in the rooms which is unpleasant. Shower is small and the toilet is too close to the cabin.

The hotel was perfect with nice location and a beautiful terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff were fantastic...friendly, welcoming and eager to please! Nice restaurant with fabulous view. Great menu and excellent value. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Would have been nice to have the bar open during the day for drinks and light lunches, but the hotel is family run and I guess they need some time out during the day.

location and view is perfect, pool is clean

not a lot variety of food choices at breakfast, had to eat same food every morning, but it was fine for adults.we had broken glass one morning on stairs, good that noone got hurt!

Its location, the restaurant, its hospitality, the staff were really welcoming .

The room very small and extremely basic. A cockroach in the middle of the room to welcome us. Lot of mosquitoes from the bathroom window without net.

This is a family-run hotel, where they work hard for the guests. We were very well received by this nice family, and they were never a problem to ask them for one or the other. Reinforced internet was installed, when we were guests who provided a super good connection online. The hotel is highly recommended. Super nice Greeks outweigh a lot, against the whole.

The Hotel is in good location, close to the local amenities and the beach. The rooms are very cleaned and the staff is very friendly.

Family run bussiness, with great attitude and no problem mentality! Dinner is served per portion and not buffet, which makes it possible to try every local dish from gyros, souvlaki, dakos etc.
