The room was comfortable and quiet.

The balcony was not actually a balcony. It was actually the entrance to the room.

We really liked this accomodation. The room was clean and spacios, with interior stairs leading to a separate level where the kids slept. Breakfast is buffet, it is very simple but enough to start your day. Swimming pool was very clean. Staff is very friendly and ready to help you. The hotel is situated in a quite location. Parking is for free, right in front of the hotel. The nearest beach is like 7-10 minutes driving. Big supermarket is about 1.8 km away. If you have a car, everything is perfect. There is a bar at the swimming pool. Great value for money. I recommend this place.

The breakfast is the same every day but you have the option to order omlette or pancakes for a few euros. You definitely need a car to move around. There are a few mosquitoes during the night.

It was very pretty, the pool was clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was quiet.

The shower in the room was very small and hard to use and the water pressure was very bad. The location is theoretically perfectly fine but since we didn’t have a car, it became inconvenient.

Far away from centre, from beach, from everything.....only one bus line.... without car is imposibil to have a good vacation

Parking lot fills up during the day, not too much around walking wise but it was a little too hot to walk the mile or so to reach Chania port area. Driving to the port is a quick and easy one.

Breakfast it is amazing,service it is amazing, location is great for us we had a car so it was close to the city.We have doubts, but when booked this we was so sattisfied? for shure it we stay there againg we will book this!

Very good accommodation near Chania, the room is clean, and beds are confortable. The pool is clean and water is hot. Very good breakfast with fresh orznge juices, vegetables, Nutella, bread Greek yogurt, honey, everything you need! They gave us all the instructions for a self check in because we arrived late. Staff is perfect.

Family hostel, picturesque and peaceful. The pool is fabulous and so are the staff. Better if you rent a car because it is not in the center or on the seafront.

This was my second stay at the Oasis Hotel. I chose this hotel as my first experience was absolutely perfect!! I can honestly say this time around and i stayed a little longer and everything was exactly the same..perfect! ??The staff who clean the rooms are amazing! They are very friendly and do an amazing job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy, plus stocking you with clean sheets, towels ,shower essentials etc daily.They Hotel always smells and looks very clean.My children loved to come and play in the pool, which is also kept very clean.The office staff are very helpful and friendly, and will help make your stay as relaxed as possible. I had a late night arrival and the room was prepared and an email sent with instructions on how to get to my room.The hotel provides breakfast, which you can enjoy in a lovely quiet dining room, or you can either sit out and enjoy on the patio area.The lady that serves breakfast does an amazing job, of making sure you have everything you need.I want to say a very big thank you to all the staff who made my stay ,once again, a very enjoyable one.You are all amazing! Thank you!I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Chania.I really don't understand why it is only rated 2 star..it was perfect for me, and will always be my first choice.I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

There is nothing..no fault with the hotel.If you don't have a car, there is a bus service, but the last bus to drop off at the hotel leaves Chania at 8:30pm.There is another bus service that passes close by, but a good 10 -15 min walk to the hotel.

Great location to visit Chania and travel to some of the best beaches. Nice pool to cool down after a day at the beach. Big clean room and a nice breakfast.

Very expensive the drinks by the swimming pool, and bit far from the center .

The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. I am vegan and they provided an adequate breakfast. Towels and bedding weekend to be changed daily which was lovely having a fresh bed most nights. The pool was nice and clear on the last day. It has been a bit busy and we went in on the morning of the last day and it was perfect.

The rooms I booked weren't next to each other and I didn't realize you had to stipulate this when you booked as I booked two rooms on the same booking. Could have done with a kettle in the room. We had a triple room but it wasn't very big with 2 beds and a sofa bed. We only had 6 hangers between 3 of us. Just small things that can just add those finishing touches to a room.

i didnt like that the last buss that reached the hotel was 9:30pm but that isnt a problem of the hotel it was more of a bus problem so not many problemsthe pool also didnth ave many choices for food which forced me to order from outside 2 times but overall it wasnt bad

The breakfast options very simple but filled the purpose. Some of the bar staff were not friendliest.
