Elektra Beach Hotel

Our overall stay was very enjoyable. The staff were consistently professional, approachable, and eager to assist, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes.

Whilst the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices to suit every taste, which we really appreciated. The only aspect that could be improved was the temperature of some dishes, as a few items weren’t as warm as they should have been. Addressing this small detail would make the breakfast experience just as exceptional as the service provided by the staff.

Clean hotel, good location, friendly staff

We were with a two year old child and we were allocated on the top floor with three sets of stairs to get there. It was difficult when we had to carry the baby with the pushchair.

the rooms were clean, quiet, air quality was good, and there were no problems with the airconditioner. the pool was large. I also liked that there was a small refridgerator in the room for personal use.

Staff is really helpful and nice to talk to. We had flight at 6pm and they were easy to say that we can stay in hotel till 4pm. Really thankful for that! Also staff is really helpful and always smiley. ?

Location overall, not far from Chania by car, few restaurants nearby, deep pool, room was cleaned every day and towels for the room were changed every day. The building was very modern and it felt clean everywhere else.

I had higher expectations because of this reviews. But oh my god what a disappointing we had, that we had to buy our own towels for the pool and the beach… usually hotels provide them but not this one they in force a rule where towels not allowed outside the room. Breakfast variety was okay but the taste was awful and most of the time wasn’t fresh, pool quality coffee, extremely boiled eggs, no fresh orange juice. We had no where to hang out towels or swimwear to dry. There is no parking officially, so you have to take a chance with street parking.

Staff were all lovely, room nice, cleaners excellent, food very good.

Very helpful staff, we rented a car with their help. Good breakfast, great place, bus station is 1 min walk, restaurants 3-4 min walk, beach 5 min+ or you can take the bus, or rent a car.

The room is huge. We had a suite with two levels and a small kitchen. The breakfast is really decent. The underground parking is a big plus. It's not far from Chania, and close to the motorway.

There is a bit of a walk to the beach. There are not many pedestrian crossings, and you need to cross the street to go to the beach. It didn't bother us, as the beach was not the main goal of our trip.

Maisonette 301 is situated in "Elektra Suites" - a new building across the street from the main hotel. On the lower level there is a living room with a balcony, a kitchen sink + mini fridge, and the bathroom. The upper level is the bedroom with a balcony offering a partial view of the sea and a chapel. Elektra Suites has a separate reception and a swimming pool.We were provided a private parking place in an underground parking lot.The buffet breakfast is excellent - varied and food is of good quality.The room maintenance is worth a special mention with towels being exchanged daily and the room tidied up perfectly.Hotel staff are great people - welcoming, efficient and professional. А small problem with the room safe was solved immediately and the staff followed up with us after completing the task.

The wi-fi is weak to almost useless at times.There is no real restaurant in the hotel, just the breakfast area and a pool bar.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of incredible. The staff here are exceptionally kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the cleanliness to the overall service, every detail was top-notch. The pool is large and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and the beach is just 400 meters away with stunning views that take your breath away. A special thanks to the two wonderful waitresses at the bar who showed us true Greek hospitality. Their kindness and attention made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate their warmth and smiles that brightened each day of our vacation.We truly hope to visit this wonderful place again. It was a fantastic vacation!

We are completely satisfied with our stay at the hotel where we stayed for a week. The staff is really friendly and they try to help in everything. The hotel is very tastefully arranged, both the courtyard and the spacious rooms. There are two swimming pools which are of a very satisfactory size. The beach is close and nice. The room is thoroughly cleaned and the towels are changed every day (there was one day - Sunday, when it was not cleaned properly, all other days perfectly). The breakfast is very good with a variety of food and also the food that you can order for dinner for very reasonable price. Bus 21 and several other buses stop 20 m from the hotel and can easily reach Chania and the surrounding villages. There is a store 100 m away where you can buy things you need for everyday use. Car rental is also about 100 m away.

Nothing really. The only thing I could mention is this one day, out of seven, when the room was not cleaned properly.
