Staff is so pleasant and easy to work with! The location is great because it  is only about 10 minutes to the port/downtown area, so easy to get to but quieter at night.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Great blend of resort style and apartment stay due to the shared pools, beach access, friendly accommodating staff, kitchenette, and patio areas.

Location, price, food options, the pools, the views, comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms... it was magical and we would absolutely recommend it to others.

We wish the pools would stay open a little later, and as much as we enjoyed the slow pace for meals, our last meal seemed a little lengthier than necessary to get our last bill so we could get to the ferry for our next leg. Minor issues, just worth noting.

Private beach, comfortable beds, good location, public bus to the centre

The hotel is very cozy and has free parking. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were comfortable

The prices at the restaurant were excessive compared with other hotels we've been to.The beach is rocky and suitable for swimming, but it offered a wonderful atmosphere to sit by in the evenings

Lovely property, nice pools, right on the beach, friendly helpfull staff, short ride into Chania.

Wonderful resort in a great location. We enjoyed taking day trips in western Crete and finishing the day in the beautiful seaside pool. The apartment was spacious and had a fabulous balcony with table for 4. Very nice buffet breakfast is served pool side and is reasonably priced. Staff made check in/out very easy.

A little light on amenities (coffee maker but no coffee or filters).

Being on the beach was wonderful. Water was beautiful and the sunsets were spectacular. I sat on the beach all 3 nights we were there to bask in the beauty of the nightfall. The adjacent bar and restaurant were excellent as well.

Great for families! The room was spacious with 2 floors, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. GREAT PARKING! Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of the Harbor. 20 minutes to the downtown area.

The complex is pleasant and includes access to a beach, a swimming pool, on-site restaurant and a parking lot.

The room feels very outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture creaks, the kitchen is in poor condition, the sofa has lost all its support, and one side of the bed is nearly sinking to the floor. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price.

We had a good bed, very good shower. And their service was nice. And we got nice half Seaview even we did not pay for that.

The sandy beach is not at the hotel, but it is a very short walk from the hotel, like two minutes on the road.

Lovely poolside and dining terrace. The food in the restaurant was very good indeed. Impressive wine list!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The facility is spotless clean and the location is peaceful and quiet. The room was so big almost like apartment and they provided everything you might need utensils, cookware, kettle, waffle maker, plates, mugs and wine glasses.

It was cold to go to beach in april, we still went but it is cold.

very clean place, you have access to a beach and the pool. There is also a bar on site for you to enjoy. There is also a restaurant on site as well, and I highly recommend try to eat at the restaurant, it's really good (can be a bit pricy compared with local restaurant). highly recommend this place

I would prefer that there is an actual door separating the living room and the bedroom, to isolate the sound a bit better between bedroom and living room.

Wonderful staff. The first room we got was a bit small for our family, and the staff quickly checked for other room options. The new room was spacious and clean and lovely, much better from the original room.

Great location, good parking, fantastic staff, nice pool, good, clean rooms (that smell nice), reasonably priced bar and restaurant, and direct access to the sea. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

The waitering staff, the food, the pools, the coctail bar and the room was amazing.

The massage was a bit odd to my taste, usually I have thai or swedish massage, and I was unfamiliar with reiki. But altogether it was not but, although I would suggest at the booking where the bus stop located and wich bus you have to travel to get to the accomodation from the city center and from the airport. There is public transportation very often only the information about it hard to get. You can buy bus tickets near the Kalamaki Restaurant, at a newspaper stand. The bus stop closest to the accomodation is the Kalamaki Restaurant. From the airport there is a bus shuffle to center of Chania bus station (that is the cheapest choice, taxi are very expenive) and from the center (from the other side of the road from the bus stop) it goes an other bus to the Kalamaki Restaurant. at the bus station they have a luggage drop off for 6-8€. The last bus is around 21:00-22:0. the first is around 7 ish. To go to the airport we had to arrange taxi by the reception only cause we could not be at the airport in time.
