The property was charming and we really appreciated the laundry facilities at this point in our visit. Location was convenient for exploring the island. Our favorite dinner spot on the trip was nearby, Cabana Club, though other meal options were limited.

The place was a great getaway, the atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, and it was nice getting a whole house to yourself. The staff were very friendly and quickly responded to every message I sent them. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped kitchen. The staff were really nice and accommodating.

The shower needed a bit of an upgrade on the joints and the toilet flush was not super efficient. But bathroom was functional overall with hair drier also provided and plenty of towels

The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the ocean and Pico. The cabin was wonderful—beautiful, fully equipped, spacious, and modern. They really thought of the little things, like providing paper towels, vinegar, olive oil, salt—everything you need in the kitchen. There was even tea and coffee waiting for us!As we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary, they surprised us with a sweet and thoughtful gesture when we arrived. It actually brought tears to my eyes—it was so touching to feel that they had gone the extra mile to make our stay special.We love cooking, so it was perfect for us. We could buy fresh local products, bring them back, and enjoy meals outside at a lovely table with a sea view.The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. We absolutely recommend staying here and truly hope to return someday!

Lovely house in Pico island. We truly felt at home there, the house is very comfortable and cosy. It has everything needed, even washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It's a beautiful place and very peaceful, too. Totally recommended for those traveling to Pico!

Lovely little cottage. The balcony really makes it so lovely to sit and have coffee/breakfast. Extra modcons like washing machine, and dishwasher were appreciated. Staff, esp Diana, were super lovely. Close to natural swimming pools and boardwalk. Quiet location.

Better pillows are required.

No house keeping for four days, not even clean towels!I had to sweep the floor and take garbage out.

I really liked the premises. The houses were big enough, clean and very comfortable. The appliances were very useful too. I liked the surroundings that were very well taken care of. Having a coffee machine and soap for the dishwasher were a plus! Loved my coffee in the morning in the outside patio, with Pico on my back and all the blue around.The staff was really very helpful and nice!

The lights inside could be warmer. That's the only thing I would change in the house! The outside illumination was perfect!

Cozy homes with all you would need! The personnel very attentive and helpful. Good place to eat in accessible by foot distance!

Spacious, very complete and comfortable cottages beneath Pico mountain. Big living area, outside a table with chairs for an evening under the stars. Centrally located on the island. Friendly reception!

It is a bit moist in the house. But with the AC in both bedrooms and the living room, and some ventilation that is not a problem.

Great stay. Fantastic staff. Wonderful, cute cottages. Walkable to Sao Roque. Very relaxing.

Only 2 total pillows on the bed. 2 more available would have been great.

Lovely little complex of traditional houses.The receptionist was lovely and arranges transfers - ideal as taxis not cheap

The fire place needed some attention but otherwise it was lovely.

loved the well equipped lava houses. sadly our stay coincided d with the season in early June when ants are a big problem. hordes of tiny ants got in our clothes, our suitcases and were swarming in the bedroom area. this is a green area with lots of vegetation but the buggers were quite unpleasant. the management does try to manage it he pests but we were unlucky. Pico is a lovely island to visit .,

Good location in São Roque, convenient for access to Pico mountain and the airport. Kitchen and appliances were well supplied.
