Hotel Philadelfia

We chose this hotel as we had a car and were worried about parking in the city. So the free street parking was appreciated.The woman on reception who greeted us was very helpful and friendly.

We chose the location for the free parking and not far from a public transport link into the centre. However, it was actually quite far from town (door to door probably about an hour), which is just something to be aware of.

Clean and tidy easy check in and the staff were very helpful

The bed was too hard for me

Good afternoon, Our drivers have enjoyed absolutely everything. The hotel personnel was polite and welcoming. The hotel employees are always happy to provide assistance for the visitiors on any issue relating to their rest. In addition, the coffee offered at the hotel tastes wonderful and is quite inexpensive. On the whole, our drivers enjoyed qualitative rest and complete relaxation. Whenever our groups come to Granada again, we will certainly opt for Hotel Philadelphia. The restaurant and the bar are in the same building.

They changed the type of room I reserved (Single Room/double bed), then when I asked to get the room I booked the lady called me after some time to say that she got me a room, and everything was fixed.Surprisingly, the 2nd room she gave me was the same type (Twin bed) as the one before, and worse quality ... anyway, unprofessional work management and they lie to your face with a big smile.

While checking in. Room entry system worked well. Very clean. Friendly staff. Insight cafe / restaurant. Easy parking

Could have had extra pillows / single pillow was a bit flat

Very friendly person at night on reception who took extra effort to help us including pointing the parking place.

The property was absolutely fine it’s what we paid for, 10 minutes walk to tram, into the centre of Granada, 3€ return so we can’t complain.

When we got back from the city we were told the bar and restaurant closes on a Saturday night however there was an excellent Chinese restaurant 2 mins walk away

Good cleaning good restaurant TV no complaints near juncaril tram 3 euro day ticket 1 euro 65 one way- 8 stops or so to city centre

All was OK

Internet was sluggish. A kettle would be nice. The shower temperature was going between warm and hot.

Nothing except bidet

Reception tried to charge me more in hundred ways at 2 pm when I was with my family at that time
