Hostal el Rocio

We were very pleased with my stay, even we stayed for a short time. The photos accurately reflect reality — everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hostel meets hotel-level standards, with careful attention to detail, from providing an extra toothbrush to offering fresh water. The hostel manager was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place

The beds were really confortables and the staff was great. The guy from the reception was really helpful with what we needed.

Staff was very kind and helpful.Close to the airport, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet so perfect to stay for airport access.

Antonio, our host, was attentive to all needs. He lined us up with great services and a great room. No complaints! If ya need a place overlooking the Madrid basinand airport, this little town of Paracuellos de Jarama and Hostel el Rocio is a perfect spot if ya have a day or two to chill out. Cafe Isabel has the best pastries and cafe con leche!!

Real 3*, modern renovation, nice bedding and towels, toiletries, sparkling clean,+1 point for the sweet welcome treat, friendly staff

I didn’t have any traffic issues in the eastern part of Madrid, also I had the same parking issue here, so staying out of the city was not justified.Need more attention to small details to reach 9. Wifi was not reaching the corner room #3. Chocolates are +1 point, but there was no bottled water or kettle.

Nice little town close to airport Room are large and clean Town has all your need and only 25 minutes from the main city area.Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help when they can. Wished I stayed longer.

The gentleman on duty was so helpful. We were stranded in the city unexpectedly and needed a place to stay and assistance to return to the airport early the next morning. He recommended an excellent place for dinner and arranged our transportation needs. He then gave us a number should we need his help. For out of country travelers, we were very appreciative of all his help.

The room was very clean and cosy, vey well equipped. Antonio at the reception was very kind, he also helped me with informations on how to get to the airport.
