very nice view and friendly staff. Very clean and excellent breakfast. Absolutely, no parking space if traveling by car. No shuttle bus available to and from international airport Thessaloniki. Special taxi rate to get to the airport & elsewhere.

Everything exceptional very very warm stuff very friendy amazing pizza. quiet host for a decent sleep !!! amazing breakfast !!!

It needs some renovation but still great price/quality especially if you get one of those rooms with perfect view of the sea and the mountain

The view from room was extraordinary to behold at all hours of the day, and the hotel team were friendly, helpful, and welcoming- from the front desk to the restaurant staff, bravo. The welcoming plate in room along with beverages was a nice touch and illustrated their commitment to a memorable stay.

The view from our room was great, overseeing the sea. Great spacious rooms. Very good quality sheets and towels and comfortable mattress and pillows. Very nice restaurant with a view, great food, great service both in the restaurant and the front desk. The staff upgraded us to the executive suite since we were travelling with a family member in wheelchair, and that was very much appreciated. They also had a fruit platter waiting for us in the room.

Elevator would have issues daily, and we needed it as we were travelling with a person in wheelchair. The staff was promptly responsive and have a technician come within minutes to fix it, however, it happened several times. It wouldn’t have been an issue for us, if we didn’t have a special needs person with us. This is the only reason why I gave an 8 out of 10.

I received an upgrade to a sea view room, the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel breakfast was a nice spread and had a variety of options. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

The parking area is across the street and not clearly labeled, but is convenient and close. There is neighboring construction, not at all the hotels fault, but was noisy in the morning.

Poor breakfast.During the breakfast the waiter doesn’t stop picking up the plates from our table while we’re eating.The hotel is ready for renovation.

The hotel is located in the center of panorama and close to market, restaurants, bakery etc. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Specials thanks to Kostas, Hari, Mariana and İkaros. Hope to stay there again.

Our flight was delayed till 2am so we took the hotel near the airport and were amazed by the view of Salonika and the beautiful sunset across the bay.

The projector light outside the balcony of room 211, reflected strongly, fortunately, with the curtains closed - no problem to sleep

I'm always happy to come back to Panorama hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent choice of food and clean rooms...

I stayed at this property for one night. I was comfortable enough. However, my stay was quickly ruined when a substantial amount of money went missing from my wallet which I had kept in the safe. I had checked out of the Hotel and forgotten my wallet in the safe. It was brought to me by the receptionist and when I opened it, I noticed money was missing from it. I would therefore advise future guests to refrain from keeping large sums of money in the hotel safe.

I booked at Panorama for its location near nature and hiking trails, something impossible qt the heart of Thessalonoki. The room had this awesome 180+ degrees, unobstructed high view and balcony of the city sea and themountains looming at the horizon. The bed was very comfortable and, the bathroom includes a bath, the breakfast was generous. The staff also made a big differznce as they are professional locals which do their best, esp. Sakis.

The hotel has some old or not modern amenities, but only a few and not important things like the taps of the sink or no direct usb sockets. I felt there was few ac sockets (but u can disconnect the table lamp and put yr chargers. Also the place (area) does not have many good (i mean varried) shops but basic like coffee, supermarkets, gardening, pharmacies... But nothing of major concern, the area is quiet, not many cars, and nore relaxing than the town

Everything was perfect. Very spacious rooms with comfy bed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A big black cockroach in the room. Really old rooms with dirty carpet. Renovation needed yesterday!
