    Pros +

    • Very helpful personal
    • Located in the rich Panorama mountain area of Thessaloniki. Very clean. Buffet breakfast was OK. Nice powerful shower. Surrounded by many shops, restaurants and Cafés. Good value.
    • The third bed was uncomfortable, the location is pretty far if you dont have a car, you have to drive 20 min to the center, but overall great place

    Cons -

    • Hotel Need some renovations
    • Decoration is very dated, lots of wear and tear on the floors.
    • The soundproofing was non existing: you could practically hear anything that was going on in the corridor or in the near rooms. Take that into account when you stay there, if you want privacy better stay quiet! The hotel clearly needs renovation, it is an old building who is kept clean and functional by the owners. I would like, though, a few more amenities in the room, e.g. there were only two outlets, one of them near the floor away from the bed! Also, no room for dinner for two inside, you have to use the balcony weather permitting. Otherwise you have to improvise. As I said, not a choice for luxury, but for the average traveler who wants to visit around.

It was the second time I stayed at the hotel, about a year ago I was with my wife, now all the family was there. It is almost the same as I remembered it, with parking freely available (not many places available but lots of free space nearby), ideal to move around Thessaloniki with local transport, and a very nice breakfast buffet. The rooms large enough to accommodate two persons, but only that. For people who want to visit around places, a very good choice. Not for those who seek luxury, however. And the price was reasonable under the current prices. All in all a very nice experience, definitely recommended for the travelers who like to use it as a base for visiting various attractions and places, even outside Thessaloniki.

Breakfast was ok. Every day is the same, but its ok.

I didnt like mattresses as they were bumpy and very uncomfortable. They should renew once the mattress is damaged.I didnt like my time there as it felt like I payed to stay at the construction site. Drills, hammers and all kinds of noise coming from early as 0750 in the morning. We didnt rest one bit there as the doors are also not sealing. There is huge gap underneath so you can hear every single thing on your floor and surrounding rooms. There are no sockets near bed. So charging your devices will be only from near the entrance door, toilet and small table opposite bed.We were in "hotel" only throughout the night for sleep and morning for breakfast. And those two basic things they could not fulfill. The two main points for which they were paid.I paid to sleep on a normal bed and have timely breakfast. And they could not deliver.Very disappointed. Do not recommend to anybody. Just search for some other hotel in suburbs and save yourself the trouble.Because this is just not worth the price.Check the video on google review.

Breakfast was very tasty, full of traditional greek pastries. The room was big enough for a family. Would reccomend.

The hall had a faint smell of smoke.

Good bed, good bathroom. Reasonably good breakfast (above average), but lacking in detail that makes the difference, and quality of coffee (not real coffee). Good staff interaction, friendly etc.

The floor in the room is so worn that it appears really old and gives bad impression (room 315). The chair to sit at the table provided old, hard, legs spread out, terrible! The coffee at breakfast not real, made from powder, not hot, most kinds of coffee exactly the same (no real difference between filter, americano or esspreso, just mix from powder mixed with hot water by the machine). Some of the good food served was taken by earlier customers so the plates lay empty and I could not taste of what might have been great food. Those plates lay empty throughout the time I was there.

Front desk staff was friendly, the price was reasonable considering the cost of hotels in and near the center. Free parking was also very convenient.

The bed was a bit old, so not that comfortable but I've slept on worse. The breakfast was pretty weak, the coffee in particular was terrible.

The room is large with balcony with excellent view to the forest nearby. Good bathroom with good towels. Quiet neighbourhood and 24 hours reception.

The room is not very clean and the breakfast is poor. I expected much better for its price. The check out when i booked the room by BOOKING.COM says 12:00 and i asked the receptionist and told me that was 11:00.

A small cosy hotel in the area well known by the locals. There is a lovely fish taverna within 7min walking distance from the hotel. The Receptionist lady recommended me the venue and it was really good. The room was small but all clean and cosy.

It would be better had the breakfast been offering a bit more options. The location is not easy to find, therefore, having a navigation or a taxi driver should be a solution.

Clean bathroom and comfortable beds in a nice location

Breakfast spread could have been better. The juice counter was not functioning.

Very good and quiet location, close to the city by bus. Panorama is a small village but provide everything what you need. Hotel has own parking, always space to park. Good breakfast.

The hotel needs to be repaired from the outside, its old

To be fair, it is an old hotel located in a nice and safe suburb of Thessaloniki, situated uphill and surrounded by pine trees. The distance from the city center is about 20 minutes by car, give or take, depending on traffic, and around 15 minutes from Kalamaria. The facilities are old, and the rooms are more or less renovated. There is a slight smell coming from the bathroom sewer. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything. However, the bathroom is comfortably sized. The room was cleaned daily. The one we stayed in was small, but since we only used it overnight, it was sufficient. The breakfast was fair—nothing extraordinary. It seemed like they served pastries from Lidl, and there was a little bit of everything available.Overall, the hotel is not expensive or uncomfortable, but it’s far from superb. We noticed many business travelers staying there. The reception was open when we arrived, and they also allowed us to check out a little later, which was appreciated.

Nice quiet location, staff were lovely and recommended the Villa Luna to eat which had a fabulous view over Thessaloniki

    9MichaelPosted on: 9-26-2024

In short - all of it! Great location, friendly staff, clean, efficient amenities. I got a great recommendation from the receptionist to dine at La Luna - a ten minute walk; fabulous food and a a fantastic view out over Thessaloniki!

Nothing really at all. All very nice!

the area is nice and safe but 13km away from downtown Thessolaniki, the room size is ok and decoration is simple.

the air conditioning is not working so we had to open window. the breakfast was not good and the breakfast area is insufficient. the bed was not so comfortable. loaction is far from downtown so you need car.

    9MartinPosted on: 9-16-2024

Friendly receptionist. Quiet room, decent breakfast

I like the location which is great. Also the staff were helpful.

The lack of maintenance which is discernible. The floor was partially ripped.
