Property restrooms not in good condition, slow service, poor soundproofing of rooms, basic breakfast

Excellent location, very close to the ferry, restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good size room with a great view over the ocean. It’s not cheap, but a very nice experience.

Nearby the weekend event . Perfect breakfast with various options. Pleasant staff

I think cost wise is bit too much , however they have improved their late check out policy

The only thing which was missing is a proper beach close by but it is manageable. Overall exceptional place.

The dance music playing from breakfast time until late was intrusive.

The building and art were lovely. The concierges were also very helpful and friendly. We had an early ferry and they gave us a breakfast box for our journey at checkout. That was very thoughtful.

While the hotel is literally a 5 minute walk the pebbled street/walkways were challenging with our suitcases and the heat. I would recommend a porter to assist for older guests.

Very good breakfast both the food and the ambiance. Best location in the island. Very professional staff.

- Wonderful old warm charm and service - Great concierge service (make everything you need come true so you don't have to worry about it)- Super restaurant and cocktail bars with good atmosphere, food and views

- Not so great noise reduction. I would give a 10 but my room was overlooking one of the outdoor bars and there was no noise reducing windows, which I strongly recommend they get. The bar says they are open until 1h30am but on several nights the music went on until 2am.

It was a beautiful old hotel with magnificent presence and central location Zoe is amazing - need more of her!

Front of house lack of service and friendliness. Need to smile and accommodate your guests and great them warmly and put out fires when needed or infront of other guests, not give the manager is not here, bland, I don’t care face! We saw it a few times with other complaining guests and it wasn’t good service!Breakfast buffet is average compared to others!

The concierge, Zoë, concierge excellent assistance and advice. She is always on top of the situation and knows perfectly well how to communicate clearly with the guests. Very professional and experienced. She is a 10/10.

The staff at the reception, while friendly and helpful, lacked experience. They need to learn better how to deal with stress and work under pressure. Aside from that, the hotel is perfect, chic, and classy. The breakfast was very good too.

I would prefer breakfast inside where it’s cool and not sunny and glarey.

Location, design, food, and most of all 5-star service from everyone.Zoe and the Concierge team are world class going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

We booked a room with a partial sea view. Our room ended up not even being in the hotel itself but in the building out the back behind the pool. This was our first and main disappointment as it felt like we weren’t really staying in the Poseidonion. The shower had a funny smell and we couldn’t get the coffee machine or safe to work properly, reported both but nothing was done. The room was small and the sea view wasn’t from the actual hotel so it was further away. The turn down service arrived every evening between 6.30 and 7, which is always when we were having showers so we had to turn them away, they didn’t come back. The spa, breakfast and pool were all pretty underwhelming

The hotel has a luxury feel. Very attentive staff, beautiful room with balcony and perfect view. Perfect location. Transportation to ferry port and help with luggage. Exceptional breakfast, eaten on terrace, breakfast staff both waiters and chefs alike were attentive and personable. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. A very special experience.

Location and very nice style. Concierge was great (Zoe).

The pool was cold and sad. The buffet breakfast wasn’t good. Cold eggs, cold bacon, cold sausages and over cooked and cold vegetables. The food in general is expensive and not amazing at dinner.

The hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. Old world charm, with a heavenly view over the sea. The staff were so kind. Best all was Zoe, the concierge - who went above and beyond to help us. We can’t wait to come back!

We liked it all. The hotel is a gem in a great location. We were welcomed the moment we entered the lobby. Zoe and all members of staff were very friendly and obliging. We felt very cared for. The breakfast, included in the price, was excellent and served with a smile. Hospitality at its best.
