I’m so glad I chose Yayaki Spetses out of all the options. This hotel is truly special. Not only is it beautiful and aesthetically charming, but the staff also made me feel incredibly welcome. They catered to any experience I wanted, whether it was renting an ATV or arranging a boat cruise to explore all the gorgeous beaches. Plus, they provided a delicious breakfast and a lovely lunch package with some amazing wine. It was definitely one of the highlights of all the trips I’ve taken.

The staff made this stay one we will never forget. George is absolutely the best! We celebrated our anniversary on this trip, and they provided flowers and a bottle of Rose' which we so appreciated. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast is wonderful and a true representation of the Greek experience. The message therapist was fantastic as well. We will stay here anytime we visit Spetses.

We did not have any cons on this trip all due to the staffs personalized care.

Our stay at Yayaki Spetses was truly wonderful. The place has such a calm and welcoming energy, beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The rooms are cozy and spotless, the breakfast is delicious and healthy, and the pool area is just perfect for relaxing. What really makes it special is the warm hospitality of the team—they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at peace and would love to return again and again.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really helpful. They also gave us great recommendations for dining, beaches, and more. I would definitely choose the same hotel again if I visit Spetses.

The pool area was a perfect place to relax after exploring the island.Karl and George were incredibly kind and helpful — helped organize our e-bikes, shared amazing local tips and restaurant recommendations. Special thanks again for arranging the transfer to Athens airport. Thanks to them, we truly felt looked after.The location is also ideal: close to the Old Port, shops, and beaches, yet peaceful and quiet. A perfect island retreat!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel itself — everything was perfect. The only minor issue was the number of motor scooters on the island. Some of them drive quite fast, especially through the narrow streets, which can feel a bit unsafe at times. Of course, this is not related to the hotel, but something to keep in mind when walking or cycling around.

Service (George makes it wonderful and all the staff), design (so thoughtful down to every detail), and breakfast (truly outstanding)

Lovely tranquil boutique hotel. Very good location, the staff were great especially George who looked after us so well. The rooms were well appointed and the general attention to detail throughout the hotel was super.

Lovely clean modern guest house. George was very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him.

A bit sticky with silly things like not allowing you to bring your own snacks to the pool but their kitchen was closed at the time. Lovely beautiful pool but water had a very strong chlorine smell. Needs some proper maintenance to get the water right

It’s a beautiful hotel that feels like a home from the moment you walk in. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. The pool area is very nice.

We were practically welcomed into open arms by the host Karl and George, the formidable hotel employee, as though we have been coming back for years.We were given an upgrade which was extremely appreciated. The room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the pool. Spacious shower room and plenty of nooks to put away our belongings.The pool area is beautiful and just right for chill-axing. Great vibe in the commun areas.Plenty of great suggestions for where to eat, swim and how to spend your day. I can't praise the team enough. They made our first stay in Spetses, memorable.

The breakfast was superb - couldn’t be better. Lovely fresh choices and the setting was serene and lovely. All the staff were exceptional - helpful, warm and welcoming. The decor is lovely keeping with a serene and peaceful feel.

The shower floor design allows for water to flood the shower mat and some of the bathroom floor.

Everything, It was great cosy and very relaxing. Spetses is an absolute beauty and Yayaki is stunning Carl and the rest of the team are amazing, flexible, helpful and very welcoming We will be back

Very quite location. Modern design. Relaxing atmosphere

This is the best hotel in Spetses, very modern and well-designed. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and you get everything you need for a great stay. A huge benefit is the proximity to the city, we never used a car, just walked- super convenient. The hotel has a beautiful pool and an awesome atmosphere to relax. What made this stay 100% perfect is the staff, Carlo took care of every detail, and of course, his team is welcoming and helpful (Dimitris has great tips).

Highly recommend the Yayaki in every respect - wonderful room in a beautifully appointed property with everything one could wish for to enjoy a lovely stay. Karl and the team offer faultless customer service and a beautiful environment. Delicious breakfast every morning, lovely pool, perfect spot to get out for a walk, a great local lunch or dinner, go shopping, or to swim from the beach. Great location for a short or longer stay.

Wonderful hotel. The room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and all facilities on the property ( bike rental, towels etc..). Karl made us feel very welcome and gave us good advice to visit Spetses, the beaches .. Everything you need to relax and disconnect !

Everything perfect

Very chic, modern and luxe propery. We felt like we were in a gorgeous secluded villa! Rooms were spacious, very clean and the perfect escape from the heat. Pool area was fab and breakfast was delicious!

It was a little walk away from the main part of town, however the beach was a 5 minute walk just at the end of the street!

Location, accommodation, pool service, the whole infrastructure- all perfect. Karl was great giving us tips where to go, how to rent ATV, booking for restaurants for us. We felt very welcome. And the breakfast was really good!
