Basic hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was good

The man that managed the breakfast was lovely and extremely kind and helpful. I liked the location. The air conditioner worked amazing. The breakfast was included and was fine.

The room was so small we could hardly move or put our luggage down. We had no window by our front door which felt like a cave. Ceiling fan didn’t work and no outlets in any convenient location. None near the bed. The frig barely cools, TV is hilariously tiny which we didn’t need anyway. Almost no room to put anything on a flat service, including the bathroom. Definitely wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple nights here.

The indoor garden was beautiful and a nice view for our morning coffee. The breakfast was fresh and bountiful. Very polite employees. A quiet place.

No tea, coffee or milk in room had to wait till 09:00 to get a brew in the morning, also didn't know if you rang them up they will pick you up from port

It was very comfortable and cleaned everyday. Spiros was very warm and welcoming each day. The location was fantastic for us and we enjoyed the breakfast and room.

Spero was an excellent host who knows the island well as a long time resident. He was helpful in many ways including helping us with a reunion with old time island residents we have not seen for 30 years.

We wish we could have stayed longer!

This is an excellent budget option for anyone stating in Spetses. Its located a nice 20 minute walk from the centre of town.The room is quiet and there is a buffet breakfast included.The caretaker Spiros and also the owner were incredibly helpful.Highly recommended.

New bathroom with plenty of hot water and good air conditioning.Room was very clean with good maid service.The room was very dark as no window looking out to the terrace. As low season there was skeleton service and breakfast not offered. No visible reception service.

Lovely big room and very nice en suite bathroom, outdoor balcony and very close to the sea. Local shop nearby.

Impossible to find.Quite a long way from the centre of town if you are in foot. It is very dangerous to try and get around on foot in Spetses because everyone goes around on motorbikes and there are virtually no pavements.

Situated within walking distance from the beach, cafes and port.Very nice buffet breakfast, kind and helpful staff.Very quiet at night as it's up a little road away from the main road.The only thing I would suggest they include in the room is a kettle to make early morning and late night drinks.

Spiros was very welcoming and looked after my luggage when I arrived early. The whole team were excellent when I had the accident and broke my leg. They ensured the police and ambulance were called and Dimitri came to find me too. I can't thank them enough!

There is nothing I can think of.

First, Dimitris (forgive me for mispelling names) was very accommodating in the time I could check in. I messaged him that I was early and he immediately drove to the hotel to let me in. He also asked me what time I like to have my breakfast (09:00) and it was arranged as such (it usually starts at 09:15). Then Spyros...the host, he was one of the friendliest hosts I ever met. He greets you warmly every morning and makes a rich all you can eat breakfast to start the day strong. He and Dimitris even gave me a free ride back to the port to help with the luggage! The staff is too kind. The room was clean. The bed and airco were superb. The location is close enough to go everywhere you eant but still in a quiet area. All of this for the price is totally worth it.

Not sure if it is in all rooms but for me (I had room 7 on the first floor) the wifi signal was very bad. I could hardly get a signal. Downstairs in the lounge area and where you have breakfast it was good. Also whenever I had a shower, it easily overflowed and water spread to the bathroom floor. There was no mop either which could have helped with getting rid of the water afterwards.Also an electric outlet or extension cord near the bed would have been nice, for example to use the phone while its charging.

Manager Spiros was exceptional in his caring and accommodating ways and the ambiance was that of a small family hotel. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Highly recommend it!

Cosy friendly little hotel. Comfortable rooms , wide balcony, lovely staff. Breakfast included which is a bonus and was very good. Transfer from port if you want it . We walked which is about 12/15 mins
