The cleanliness & quality of the food & service provided!

The breakfast was huge, the views were spectacular, and the room was really large and functional. Each morning we sat out our little patio and had coffee and looked out over the water. It was also about a 10 minute walk into town, which was nice. And Manos was wonderful!

Nothing, but the frequent traffic of motorized vehicles took a little away from the ambience. There are quite a few motorcycles, motorized bicycles, ATVs, and motor scooters on the island around Spetses town.

Best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel! Beautiful setting and very relaxed.

Bathroom is quite dated, one of the lights was broken and the door is right by the bed.

Charm and ambience of the hotel. The pool was a nice feature and breakfast was really good. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

No proper reception staff to meet us or say goodbye. Some items missing from the room and safe didn’t appear to be operational. To be fair the one member of staff who was around was doing his best!

The staff was super helpful and kind!! Area was amazing and the atmosphere was great!

A beautiful, relaxing, historic mansion, right by the sea with an easy walk to restaurants and shops. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was delicious! And the cat by the pool was super friendly.

Lovely old building right at the seafront. Very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. We stayed in February and unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool.

Perfect location, easy walk to beach, restaurants, bars, port and town, and ferries.Accommodation was excellent, the breakfast is unsurpassed and made better only because it is served around the pool.Our second stay and hopefully not our last.

Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again!
