    Pros +

    • The hotel was beautifully appointed. The rooms, cleanliness, staff, dining options, etc. were superb. The views from the rooms and around the hotel were breathtaking and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.
    • The views from the hotel and rooms is outstanding and breath taking. The public areas are generous and beautifully designed. They enable privacy and enjoyment. The room and bathroom are very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was good. The staff is very attentive. The SPA was nice, although water in the pool was not warm enough and the wet sauna was not hot. The dry sauna was excellent. some of the reception staff were very attentive. Some were not.
    • Views from the room were spectacular. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. Breakfast (included) was excellent. The dining room was available for dinner (also very good) even when we gave up on finding a restaurant in nearby towns without a reservation. There is good access to beach recreation for people with normal mobility.

    Cons -

    • We had some disagreements as to the late check-out. Although one reception member insisted on having lunch at the hotel's restaurant as a reason for a free late checkout, another reception member agreed to dining at the cafeteria, which is open longer, instead of the hotel's restaurant, as the restaurant's opening hours did not fit our schedule (SPA was booked for the same hours). Eventually, his promise was denied and we had to pay an extra amount of 75 Euros for the late check-out. It left us with mixed feelings after a great stay.
    • The outdoor pool was chilly even in August.
    • The A/C unit in our room was airways on and could not be turned off. The first night they offered us to change rooms, which we declined once they were able to turn off the power to it. The second night they couldn't do that, so we sweated all night. That doesn't bother me as much as the front desk man who came to tell me how to use the thermostat didn't listen to me, told me there was not a single person from maintenance at the hotel in a Friday night, and then lied about it to his manager when I complained. The other people at reception were OK though.

The location is unbeatable. Waking up to the sunrise over the water when everything is quiet...

The A/C unit in our room was airways on and could not be turned off. The first night they offered us to change rooms, which we declined once they were able to turn off the power to it. The location is exceptional,on a promontory surrounded on three sides by the sea.Everything is top notch : the views, the comfort, the breakfast. The staff is very professional.

Location was awesome and staff were super.

Needs a a little bit better on the cleanliness of the room. Dinner service felt a little slow. Staff was really nice, but it seemed the place was understaffed for the amount of guests at dinner.

The decor was very stylish and comfortable, the views were amazing and breakfast had lots of options. The woman at the spa was very nice as well as the masseuse. I loved the views and our balcony.

The cleanliness of the rooms...there was mold in the shower and around the outside of the shower, the table in the room had some sort of water damage. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. As you walked around the property you could see that there were lots of maintenance issues...broken door knobs, peeling paint, scuff marks on walls. I didn't like how you could not get water at anytime unless you paid for it. Only free water was at breakfast and no way of getting coffee unless you paid for it. A high class hotel should give you water and coffee or let you have access to it! The pool guy was of no help he just handed out towels and that was when he was there, most often he could not be found. Also the turn over of clean towels at the pool would have been nice most times there was no towels and the outside showers did not work

Location is amazing - 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach. The pool is amazing and the rooms are really nice and modern with beautiful views.

The food at the hotel isn't great - and there isn't much food nearby other than 2-3 restaurants at the beach which are all quite pricey. The breakfast is very average and expensive - 24 euro. Unfortunately there are no other breakfast options nearby so you have no choice but to pay this. Restaurant don't speak much english which was challenging.

Didn’t love the toothbrush left over from the previous guests, the fact that the pool was closed, the fact that my bed was wet after I took a shower (bed next to the wall of the shower) or the quality of the food. The location is beautiful though.

I think the word to describe my stay at this Parador will be "excellent": excellent location, excellent environment, excellent and kind staff, excellent rooms and excellent services. No doubt we will repeat!

    Short stay (only a weekend)

    10RumaPosted on: 4-12-2025

Recently refurbished but still in the spirit of the original sixties(?) design. Good size rooms with decent views from the balconies. Food was great, staff very helpful and friendly. The best bit is the location. It is quiet and peaceful but with good access to small beach and nice country walks. Unlike most hotels this one features a softer bed, most are way too hard.

Pool was closed, would be perfect with a spa.

    Modern design, parking, wonderful view

The location is superb. Whichever side your room is, you'd have either bay view or sea view. I loved the hotel interior and common areas. You feel relaxed the moment you step into this hotel. There is a very convenient free parking in front of the hotel for those travelling by car.Breakfast was lovely, and there is a lovely snack bar with a terrace.

It would be nice to have a tea kettle, a bathrobe and slippers in the room.

    location and views

food quality, beds were horrible and uncomfortable, pillows too. Especially the third bed that is hiding in the wall - i kicked my legs while turning.

The location is very beautiful with great views from ALL rooms, also outside spectacular views everrywhere, From the hotel you can also walk along the wild coast.Spa and wellness also good.Enough parking.

No real dining option at the hotel if you read the reviews but there are options in the surroundings

    10AndrewPosted on: 3-14-2025

Everything about the hotel. Breakfasts in particular. Great location.

A change of menu, as we dined at the hotel every night.

    6OmriPosted on: 2-15-2025

    Beautiful location,newly refurbished facilities

Missing the 2 main attributes of a parador: the exceptional old building renewed for modern hospitality, and the exceptional service orientation of parador staff - in thus case maitre de at the restaurant was hostile and unfriendly, the spa manager also inhospitable. In general every additional service beyond the room is subject to very high fees- breakfast at 24 euros per person, entrance to the heated pool at the spa etc etcVery disappointing experience for a parador

The hotel has the best location with amazing views from all the rooms. The common spaces are very luxurious and modern. The rooms are big with great balcony.Amazing chairs design across the hotel and rooms witch I personally like in a hotel. We enjoyed a sunny whether in January and I think this is a perfect stay off-season on this region.Reception staff is friendly and helpful.

I think that the cleaning can be done in a more consistent way.Because of an issue with our first room, we have it changed and we could see differences in small details. Maybe liquid soap can also be made available. No kettle was provided and no complementary water.Breakfast has good options but in average. We’ve had better in Spain. We would chose it again off season, for the views.

Location is truly amazing - with the Mediterranean all around - lovely views in all directions. Cool design, nice public areas, room lovely. Really good (buffet) breakfast.

The food in the evening wasn't as good as I hoped.

Location, nice clean room, good shower.

The Christmas day menu was awful!
