If you want to unwind, this is the place. I went with my best friend and we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities on offer. I recommend the yoga classes, wich are free of charge. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant is subpar for an institution at this level, though breakfast was nice. You need to drive around a bit to get decent food.

We rented a “suite” for the night and it was relatively small and with no perks. No minibar, no tub.

That was my third visit there The staff is very friendly and nice but unfortunately some things got worse. -The food is much less with new chef and the room service is very poor. No option for gluten free almost -very hard to communicate with the reception from the room- the house keeping is very noisy from very early. They’re screaming between them like they were there alone - i left my car in the entrance and the valet was telling me that he will take care of the parking but eventually he didn’t close the roof and the car got damaged during the night We had to many issues for 48 hours but i decided to give 10 according to my last 2 visits

Fabulous atmosphere welcoming and helpful staff amazing food

Stunning, everything is perfect and had the wow factor. The food in the restaurant blew me away, I am vegetarian and despite most the menu being meat there were some amazing options for me. Bedroom was huge and cosy, decorated modern but earthy. Spa massage was incredible, yoga in the morning fab! Electric bikes on site for your use. I travel alot and love a fancy hotel so my standards can be pretty high, this place exceeds expectations.

Pool. Generally peaceful & relaxing. Atmospheric. Good restaurant & charming service (Marc Robledo & Chef Fabio).

No tasting menu available on night we stayed. Disappointed. Pre drinks took forever to come, had to chase.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very attentive, the building has a lot of character, the room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast included a lot of choice and everything tasted great. The indoor pool was very nice and the jakuzi was a bit small but a lot of fun

Lovely setting and excellent facilities. Private and very secure. Reception staff were excellent.

The staff in the bar and breakfast area were rude with attitude. They refused room service when we were told at reception 24/7. Residents bar closed at 12:00

The hotel is lovely... The rooms were great, as was the spa/ indoor pool. The front of house/ reception staff were wonderful. All of these matched my expectations of a 5 star hotel.

My main issue was the staff at breakfast and room service. Breakfast staff were genuinely rude, questioning that we had ordered correctly when they had got the order wrong. Being told to wait until a server had finished setting tables before she would take our order. They even got a gluten free bread order incorrect, without apology.Also, when we ordered drinks from room service after the bar closed (at midnight), we were told that "no, I will only serve you food, no drinks". Clearly the bar closing @ midnight is less than 5 Star, but a room service waitress deciding who can and can't have a drink after it closes is ridiculous and isn't even three star.

Conditioner in our room didn’t work. We were with the baby in this hot weather. That was terrible.

The hotel is very well situated and was very nice, although the rooms, although big, are in need of an upgrade. It was probably clean, but very difficult to make such an old room look clean. The staff were very helpful and overall good value for money.

the property is beautiful, great breakfast, good spa and gym. Exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed in the garden suites and you can hear everything from the room next door! I woke up with my “neighbors” alarm in the morning! Not sure if it was because it was a connecting room with the door in between, but not to comfortable because of this.
