Wonderful place. Calmness, beautiful surroundings, professional staff.

The food in the restaurant was excellent (not breakfast) and the National Park is just stunning

Breakfast was abysmal and much reduced on our second day. A couple of reception staff found it hard to smile and appeared to be emulating Putin chewing on wasps. There was no ability to make tea and coffee in our room!!!! At over 500zl per night that’s totally unacceptable

the breakfast room is horrible!! a big hall where one half is used while the other half has the chairs up side down on the tables...

The location is nature rich with a water view, it was the sole reason why I chose this hotel.

The breakfast was a little special for me, since they bring everything to you on the table, I was first unsure where I can actually find the breakfast, since I didnt see it.

No balcony chairs to enjoy the view outside. Rooms mis described as regards size -they are much larger than quoted but we didn’t have to pay for a triple. the staff receptionist reminded me of the Dezhurnayas in soviet times and not in a good way - abrupt and neither friendly nor helpful. no menu in English.

Location was great

People smoking in their rooms and smoke filtering to mine through vents. Thin walls transmitting all noise from neighbouring rooms to mine. When I reported smoking at the reception nobody apologised. Food was not great.

Breakfast was great, a lot of option. Good location, amazing view.

Food at the restaurant was bad. We took appetizers and it was bad. Cheescake was not fresh. Shower head was broken

The location is stunning. It is just wonderful to go down to the lake for a swim after hundreds of kilometres on the road. It is so peaceful.The staff is friendly and helpful. Though none of them is fluent in English, they still try to communicate and make you feel welcome. Therefore, I booked another night for the trip back and enjoyed their hospitality again.

The style and furniture is a little outdated, but clean and well maintained. An English menu would be fantastic!

Nice location, wonderful local style breakfast, the triple room was bigger than expected with a seating area, the room had a balkony with a view to the nature, elevator available. We arrived late at night on the way back home, but the wonderful location and nice breakfast made me feel that the holiday is still ongoing, which was great. A nice experience and recommendation.

In case of longer stays during the hot summer days - a fridge in the room would be nice and note that there is no air conditioning in the room, but this seems to be like that in most of the places in the area. Limited foreign languages knowledge of some staff members, but agues the hotel is more oriented towards local tourists which is a good sign, however I am sure that this is not a real obstacle. :)

The hotel has a great cafe. They serve there tasty breakfast and traditional food. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. The location is beautiful and quiet.

Some of the details of interior in the room require renovation.

Great location, lovely forest and a clean lake on the property with a bridge to use for swimming. Nice views from the room and restaurant/bar. Ok breakfast.

The hotel and rooms are a little tired, but nothing bad. Even though the hotel is in the nature, there are basically no walking options, as the village only has a car road.

The room was not cleaned during the stay (we stayed 2 nights). If a hotel decides for this policy it should be mentionned in the description.

Quiet, remote location on a beautiful lake. Private pier for launching kayaks and paddle boats. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Huge, tasty meals served in a hotel restaurant. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Tennis and basketball courts.

Weak and unreliable wi-fi, lack of air conditioning, safe, coffee maker or refrigerator in the room.
