Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff.

Very clean. The view wonderful. Woke up with sunrise. And the breakfast simple but very good quality.

The room is ok in size. Would be better if it was a bit bigger.

The view is incredible and the room spacious and clean! Niko was a wonderful host and the cleaning staff was lovely.

The light in the room made it impossible to sleep in ?. Even with all of the curtains closed, as soon as the sun came up it was like the lights were on!!! If they add shutters or blinds, it would make it a 10/10 for sure!

Loved everything about the property. Was clean, modern, very comfortable. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony but I was wrong . It did not mater because the room was amazing. The owners were great. Helpful and thoughtful. They thought of everything thing to make your stay comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when we return.

A pristine property, a few steps away from the harbor. Courteous, helpful staff with excellent suggestions for local dining and activities. Close to restaurants and cafes as well as the bus depot.

About Shapes Luxury Suites: We loved the location, the room size and how clean it was, and the friendly team. A shoutout to Hara and Nikos for the warm welcome and ensuring we had a great stay! We also loved the daily breakfast boxes, with homemade breads, pastries, and fresh fruit, as well as the complimentary stocked Greek yogurts and waters. Great way to start the day!

We loved this apartment! Comfortable for family of 3 - one large bed with additional large pull out couch bed that I found to be very comfortable. Nice bathroom facility. Location was perfect. Get off the ferry and walk across the street. No need to hike luggage up the steep hills! Especially convenient for check out and catching the ferry home. The bus is a few blocks from the apartment which we utilized. Typically we rent a car when traveling, but no need here; the bus runs frequently, only 2 euro/person and takes you to all over the island. Everything is walkable from this ideal location. My 5 y/o son especially enjoyed watching the ferry/boat activity from our small terrace. Watching the water activity from the terrace was a highlight for all of us. If sensitive to noise (we are not), it's easy to shut all the windows/door to block out noise and have a comfortable rest. (There is AC and overhead fan, so you will be cool enough with windows closed). Breakfast was more than sufficient. Plus extra to pack for the beach. Cleaning/restocking daily. Hosts were kind lovely people and always accessible by phone if needed. I love Syros and if we are able to return in future, we will stay in this exact apartment.

Location was great, downtown and easy to access. Soundproofing was good too, something important, since it’s right on the road. The owner, Nikos, was really nice and friendly, eager to make our accommodation as good as possible. Breakfast came in a little basket each morning. It was great to be in the pool and watch the boats come and go. All in all a wonderful experience, we’ll be back.

We enjoyed every moment of being in this beautiful establishment, also conveniently located across from the port when we arrived by ferry. We thank Dimitri for guiding us through it all with such kindness, we truly appreciated you and meeting you with your staff whom kept our room perfectly clean every day of our stay with you. The room was just amazing to perfection and our bed was just the best and of course the view of the sea was just simply breathtaking.. We loved everything.

The infinity pool, looking out to the sea. Bed was comfortable. Amenities offered was nice.

The bathroom had a constant sewer smell. The pool was nice, but cold (we were there in September).

Location right on the port side, but was hard to find the entrance

Suite 1 has absolutely noView as of anything, just the building next door. The bathroom had a mildew odor although it was clean

Closeness to the port. Breakfast basket was very nice touch. Extremely clean

Mini fridge didn’t keep things cold and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room much other than right infront of the unit

Perfect location, near port, town centre. Plenty of shops restaurants and bars near by.

The location was great. We got off the ferry and crossed the road. There are steps to get to the accomodation but the staff were nice enough to assist us with our luggage. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything that was needed for our stay. The balcony was our highlight. You were able to see the town and the ferries docking. I would stay there again.

Maybe inform people that your entrance is in the ally midway up the stairs. We could see the name of the apartments but didn't know how to access to them. A lovely man that worked at the shop directed us.Everything was amazing.

The private plunge pool/jacuzzi (we stayed in room 4) and private roof terrace. Very centrally located in the harbour, just across where the ferries arrive.

Very good location if you want to be close toThe port and also close to the restaurants in town. We took a room w plunge pool that my kids loved. Great view. Breakfast tiger cake and melon were delicious. Staff very kind.
