Very modern, comfortable, friendly, easy to find and access in a convenient location

Nothing at all

Location was good.

Room was a bit grim. Limited natural light. Shampoo dispenser kept falling off the wall. Saturday night very noisy as cocktail bar downstairs had a private function. Air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. Fridge was quite noisy. Breakfast was at nearby cafe. I usually like 2 or 3 cups of coffee first thing, but only 1 was included in the breakfast. Indoor seating was uncomfortable, only 2 espresso pods for the 4 nights, I would expect these to be replenished daily. Check in and out was done via WhatsApp, so no personal service provided unlike every other accommodation we stayed in for the past 2 weeks.

The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We needed help turning on the hot water and they were very responsive on WhatsApp which was very convenient. The location was also amazing! We only stayed for 1 night so it was perfect.

If I am being picky, the coffee facilities aren't great as they don't provide milk and only give you two capsule. The shower could also do with a little maintenance.

-The location is top, very close to the port, restaurants, cafes etc.-the room was very nice, clean, big, nice aesthetic-the cleaning lady was also very polite and helpful

-the breakfast offered at a nearby coffee shop offers limited options for breakfast and there is also a charge if you order a drink that is not a black coffee or orange juice, thus I ended up paying approx. 9 euros for a freddo cap and a fresh orange juice every day

Location is excellent, a 2 minute walk from the promenade. The room was incredibly clean and staff very friendly.

Location, right in the middle of the citycenter with a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the bed comfortable.

Excellent location, nice, quiet and very clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast at the cafe nearby was delicious. The lady who came to tidy the rooms was very nice and thoughtful.

A bit overpriced..

Location was great, nice room, also enjoyed breakfast which to note are at nearby caffe which is quite nice, you have option to choose from menu so it is not a buffet just a note so people might get their expectations aligned. We for sure enjoy this type of caffe breakfast more. So worked for us nicely and also voucher for sunglasses in shop in building worked great :D thanks

The location was perfect, in the city center and you have everything near. The accommodation was nice, the room was cute and clean.

It says that it has free parking when i booked. But when we arrived they said that don’t offer parking and we found a parking lot that you have to pay daily near our place. So it’s not good to say at the facilities of the place that you offer free parking when it’s not true.

There was a TV on the wall that was not useable unless you had a Netflix account to watch only Netflix. What’s the point of even putting a TV in the room?

Inability to have basic TV stations to watch the news.

We visited Syros for 3 days and the suites suited us well for that amount of time. there were 3 of us traveling so we got three suites. The location was very central and perfect for seeing the town. There were some great restaurants and bars super close but it wasn't noisy although we were there the end of April so not high season. We were given door codes to let us in which was fine. The owners were very responsive and came rather quickly when my sister managed to lock her key in the room

We were on the third floor and there is no elevator and the stairs were not easy especially with luggage etc.. might not be easy for older people or young kids to walk up and down.

Size of the room. Location. Easy check in and out. Great restaurant recommendations.

Convenient for town exploring. Very clean and comfortable. Host stayed in touch and connected with us.

It was a bit noisy from the activity on the street below but was all part of experiencing Siros.

The bar downstairs, and the bathroom was small with the door and sink being an issue..

Size of the room was very generous. Location of the Oiko rooms is the best you can get - best restaurants, bars and supermarket is seconds away. Would book again for sure!

Location and room were perfect

Be ready to climb some awkward stairs. No lift so travel light.

The greatest place to stay not only at Ermoupolis, not only at Syros but probably at Greece. Carefully cleaned in all its spaces. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept. Air-conditioned, all plugs and lights are working properly. Fantastic building, located in the upper class neighbourhood of Ermoupolis and at the same time very close to the port. Stores, coffee places, restaurants within short walking distance.This facility exceeds any traveller's expectations. Easy to access and the staff are true professionals. Cannot recommend it enough! Value for money and you get everything you paid and more. Classy all the way.
