It's my 3rd time at Terme Capasso. Room super clean, staff always nice, patient and accommodating. I also love the breakfast in this place. Lots of choices. I always treat myself with a massage on each visit. Highly recommend..

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Italy with thermal baths. The atmosphere was calm and refined, the thermal spa was perfectly relaxing, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Everything was well maintained, the service was attentive, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy true Italian hospitality. We would gladly return again.

Beautiful building and pool area, good value for money, next to a restaurant although there’s no town within a walking distance.

We wanted to have a quick stop on our our way to Salento and didn’t realize all the pools were hot (and smelly) thermal ones, which was a bit much as the weather was hot as well. Our mistake for not reading thoroughly. The hotel did not serve dinner but there was a restaurant nearby. We have also been unimpressed with hotel breakfasts in Italy, including this one.

The pool and the smell. To be fair we didn't realise it was a thermal spa hotel. Nevertheless, pool has mud on bottom and cloudy but main problem was small of Sulphur which was so bad we couldn't even sit around the pool. If you want mud baths it's probably for you if not I wouldn't recommend!

Bad smell throughout the property. Sheets, towels and shower curtains were stained (yellow or brown). The shower did not function properly.

Not worth the price

Outdated furniture, bed was very uncomfortable and the price was not worth it for us. Also the meal times were very limited, we arrived around 3pm and couldn’t find any proper meal in the hotel or in the area, only snacks. No room service either. And the staff took my chocolate & cookies that my friend left as a gift for me.

Very different from other hotels because of the natural spring pools.

The smell everywhere, old rooms and facility.

A tastefully decorated modern hotel spa facililty with large comfortable rooms. Imho one of the best thermal springs in the world and I have been to the blue lagoon in Iceland, various in Japan and others. The main pool is warm or you can go to the pool below the fountain for super hot! The silica mud is great for a diy mud pak. There is also a local feel from the friendly clientele. Our room was clean and with an up to date look and facilities.

The robes had stains. Also, didn’t enjoy covering myself with just a sheet and not a duvet.

There is a bad smell of sulfate which comes from the spa

There was Nothing good about this hotel. You can smell the sulfur from the pools down the block and gets stronger as you get closer and each pool is worse. They do not make it clear that the entire property smells like rotten eggs. We are not used to that smell. The kids could not handle it. Then the whole buildings ac was not working. They brought a fan and had to leave the door on balcony open but there was a bar below so it kept us up late. We checked out early and found a beautiful b&b with a pool near by. I am awaiting a refund. I have called many times but once there hear english they hang up on me.

The pools are all hot and sulfur and the smell is unbearable. No ac in room. No ac in breakfast room. Do not go unless you are used to the smell and heat. Terrible customer service.
