Hotel Dighton

I was able to walk all around town, very central location.

The cost of the taxi to the airport was WAY overpriced. Was not happy about that. Was able to get an independent diver for half the price. Would never use your taxi ever and would advise others not to.

Central to places we wanted to visit. Breakfast included.

Underground parking very tight, yet happy to have free parking.

Room was big and nice. The breakfast was exceptional. The lady at the front desk was exceptional - cheerful and helpful. She spoke good English too.

We arrived during the country blackout. The staff was exceptional and made us feel very comfortable and safe. I mistakenly left my bag in the lounge. The man at reception made sure I got it back!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. Having a bathtub was a great luxury in Portugal.

The check-in staff were very inefficient and officious. We needed a place to recharge bikes and they were too limited and a second staff member did not know how to process our second passport. We waited forever.

Good room, comfortable, quite and clean

No tissues. Just 1 bottle of water, complementary.Coffee machine at breakfast could be improved

The confort

The geral air conditioning was set for the winter and for this reason I had no possibility to low the AC temperature in my bedroom. The receptionist suggested to open the windows but I heard all the traffic noise from outside and I could not sleep properly

Good location, breakfast and parking included in the room's rate, comfortable beds, very clean rooms and bathrooms.

Noisy rooms, the breakfast is fairly simple, the hotel is dated, seems a bit overpriced for the city/location. We were expecting more for a 4-star hotel.

With a large beg, pillows galore and soft blankets what a great sleep; the ambience was very well made, with warm lights, luxurious courtains and a soft scent on the bed that helped relax even further. plus the good air conditioning keeps the room overall warm so if you are more hot blooded might need to tune it down and open a window. the bathroom was great, black and salmon pink brings a sense of luxury to the ceramics. the main star being the bathtub with the perfect water pressure and heating. overal the room is every continental 1940s inspiration, almost nautical on the hallways to the rooms, with the dark wood and black tables, warm lights and minimal decoration. the view is not outstanding since the room i stayed in was facing an appartment. the hotel has a rich energy, the main hall, bar and restaurant being the razzle dazzle of it all. the breakfast was your usual hotel buffet breakfast in a continental style, it felt nice. great to relax and get away from daily life. HIGHLY recommend for a rewind.

Sometimes the staff didn't feel super welcoming, they are very direct which is good but since it was a very new experience to me i felt a bit tossed into acting, but they do an amazing job! Congrats to them all!For a 4 star hotel, i expected the breakfast to be more elevated. It wasn't bad at all, but since the room experience amazed me so much i was hoping for an even higher quality for the morning.

Hairdryer in bathroom did not working

Huge bed, very welcome after our Camino day. It was very easy to locate as it is directly on the way. Restaurant was amazing and we had a fabulous evening meal and breakfast there.

The Hotel temperature is bit too high.

I stayed for two days. But receptionist refused give water bottle for second day. She was not aware of rules

Four star hotel in a central location, comfortable beds and great shower/bath.

It is very good located. We enjoyed the stay. They provided everything that we needed. Breakfast was nice. We also liked the restaurant inside the hotel. Some of others were closed in the town and we chose to eat in Hotel. We liked it overall.
