    • The only good thing about this place is location, location, location, location. It is located at the port of Kotakolo, Pyrgos, Ilias, Greece. The main road.

    Cons -

    • It is an old, old, old hotel from the 1960s that I have grave doubts if it has ever been RENOVATED or UPGRADED since. It needs an upgrading period. It is NOT ??? worth 40 euro per night. I had to negotiate with the owner to get it down for an additional three days for 65 euros to get my money's worth. The bathroom lights don't work. Old bathroom. Shower ??? is an old curtain. Friends of the owner were playing card ♦️♠️ games and smoking ??? inside??? It stunk in the lobby as a result. But again, it was a tradeoff with the location. The parking ?️?️?️ in the back of hotel ??? seems that the mountain ?️?️?️ in the back will fall or spill on the hotel ?️?️?️. It needs a concrete barrier ??? in the back. If it rains you have mud in the parking lot. PLEASE UPDATE this property to make it worth 30/40 euro max. Now it's worth 20 euro per night. Because of the age of property, I brought my sleeping bag to sleep. Worried about bed bugs that I did not ??? see. But taking precautions.
    • Shower didn’t work well. Wi-Fi was hit and miss.
    • Hotel is very dated and tired.

    Poor

A hotel from 70's with all the equipments, nothing changed. Small bathroom, sticky shower curtain. and so on. Didn't like it :(

    6LlewelynPosted on: 9-9-2024

Good location, by the beach and a cute little town.

Facilities are old but functional, the entire building smells like smoke. Also bathroom smells

    3CinziaPosted on: 7-20-2024

Air conditioning and parking off the street.

Uncomfortable bed, too much noise from the street with window that didn't close properly. To be renewed.

Convenient and just a few mins walk to the center of the village. The hotel is on the older side and can understand the previous reviews. My stay was one night and was just fine for me, and the price. The family owned/friendliness of the staff and the charm of the hotel out weighs the age of the hotel.

Could use some updating in some areas. I think most of the cleanliness issues stem from the age of the hotel.

Good value for money. A very friendly host and the balcony was great.

    A very smoky foyer.

Good simple hotel at the port township. There is a nice trail uphill few houses before the hotel to explore the peninsula. The staff of the hotel is easygoing. Very good and simple no hassle place.

Found chewing gum on the floor. Could be a bit more clean.

    5AmitPosted on: 9-27-2023

The property has parking and was close to a small beach and the marina with a few restaurants. The AC worked and there was no noise.

It’s a cheap for a reason, it’s a decent bed and a shower - but don’t expect more than that.

    5YannisPosted on: 9-17-2023

It was clean, easy accessible just a short walk to everything

    9KrzysztofPosted on: 8-17-2023

Close to beach, port, shops, public communication. Internet is fast, hot water is hot...

Noise from the street, but there are sound proof windows, so you can close it for night and use a/c.

    7HanaPosted on: 8-5-2023

Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby museum of ancient technology.

    Old hotel, needs renovation...

    9EleniPosted on: 8-3-2023

Very friendly staff and next to the beach of plakes and restaurants

    7GáborPosted on: 7-25-2023

It was a time travel to the 1970s. If the flat TV was not in the room, I would genuinely felt myself in a resort of my childhood. What makes it attracting are the really low price and the exceptional helpfulness of the staff.

Everything as above. Host Anthi is lovely.Hot shower. Plenty of car park space. Good Air Con. Close to Katokolo beaches

    Unfortunately the lift doesn't work

    5AngellosPosted on: 5-13-2023

Nothing ??? has been upgraded? It's an old hotel ?️?️?️. But the location is perfect! It was okay ??? for the price. Maybe a little cheaper.

The bathroom ??? is just plain LOUSY! It needs to be updated to today standards! They need new blankets! I thus took a shower ??? at the beach ⛱️⛱️⛱️
