Bed&Breakfast Novalis

The location, the Jacuzzi comfortable beds amazing staff

Everything was amazing except the coffee machine poured not so hot coffee

Top location in the heart of Novalja, polite and knowledgeable staff, and delicious breakfast with a view of the city.

TV in the room was impossible to turn on, but we arrived late and didn't really bother too much. The coffee and tea packs in the rooms are past their expiry dates, but we didn't need those anyway. It would make sense to check that from time to time.

Good breakfast

The hospitality. I had messaged the hotel beforehand that we would be arriving past 1:30 in the morning and asked if they had 24/7 reception. They said yes. Then upon arrival there was no one at the desk. We called the number multiple times but a phone behind the desk just rang with no one there to answer it. Eventually after an hour waiting the host came back to the counter providing no real apology. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The room wasn’t big but it was comfortable. The Staff was really nice and gave us good tips to get around. The hotel has free parking.

Nothing, just loved it

Excellent location in the centre of Novalja, exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped room. Special thanks to professional, kind and polite staff, they provided us with everything we needed, always smiling. Beautiful and aesthetic hotel. Great experience and will come back again for sure!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They cared about us. We enjoyed our time there. The hotel is very nice and clean. A storm was brewing when we was there, so we decided to leave a day early. We did not have to pay for the last night booked. This was a very fair procedure on their part. Thank you for everything!

A microwave would have been nice in the room. :)

Excelent location in the middle of Novalja, nice new hotel with very clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was excelent, a lot of choice and a great view from the top of the hotel. The staff is very kind.

The door shold be noiseproof. Our room was in the same floor of the reception and it was noisy, cause the receptionist was listening to the radio till 1 in the morning.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Novalja. The hotel is modern, clean and well equipped. The staff are amazing and couldn't believe we'd driven from Wales ??????? but they looked after us all evening!

Nothing!

Great location & free parking available behind the building. The room was clean & modern.

Staff is great!

Room door didn't close. Bathroom small and not great.

Staff is super nice and the rooftop is a great place for breakfast.Spacious room!

Friendly staff clean and lovely breakfast and location

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on the rooftop terrace, featuring an incredible nice view of the sea. The staff was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. The room was great, and we truly appreciated the style of this hotel. The location was perfect for us, and the key handover went smoothly. We would love to return!

to leave

Very good hotel located in the city center. Nice views from the terrace.Tasty breakfast with many options. The staff is very helpful.Grocery shop is in the same building. Plenty of restaurants in a few meters.

Parking is located behind the hotel, but not convenient and quite narrow.

Is a small hotel but with big rooms and clean and good furnished, the location of the hotel is amazing, very good breakfast and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly specialy the manager in morning shift she's very friendly and professional. was a pleasant stay.

Check out time must be 12 instead of 11, even though we checked out after 12 as I mentioned the manager she's very polite.

Clean, Good sized room, Super comfy mattress, Staff at Reception very helpful, very good breakfast

Clean room overall

A lot of noise coming from the hallway and rooms above us, making it impossible to sleep at night. No minibar and coffee machine that we were promised. At some point we could hear some sounds of water dripping through the walls

Excellent rooms, gorgeous views and delicious breakfast!

The location is amazing, you are literally in the center. The room was great, verry modern and big. You have an AC and a wifi. You can take a coffee whenever you want free of charge and the parking is also free! You can also prepere your own food in the rooms since its equipped with everything! There is a minibar and a safe! The staff is amazing, they even recommended some locations to see. The beach is really close, you can see it from the breakfast/bar area. There is enough of towels and small things. You really feel like home. The check out is until 11 which is nice if you want to sleep a bit longer. You can use a jacuzzi at the terrace if you want.

It can be a bit loud since its really in the center of the city but it didnt bothered us.

Very central, the receptionist was lovely. Loved the blackout curtains as well.

We weren't provided with enough toilet paper for the length of our stay and had to keep asking for more. One morning the floor near the breakfast area was wet with no signage and my husband slipped and fell, when we told the staff they laughed at us. Very unimpressed with their behaviour (wasnt the normal receptionist)
