Cons -
- Booked early check-in for 1pm. Arrived at 1.20 and still had to wait one hour to get in the room. Only to find out nobody did even vacuum or clean the room. On the Next day, we‘ve asked for early service as we haven’t had a clear room and were treated very unfriendly. We were told that the housekeeping is cleaning until 6pm, to have a housekeeping lady knocking at hour door at 2.30, were forced to wake our baby or have a dirty room for the next day as well.
- Our only comment was the windows/glass on the bathroom. That makes it difficult when traveling with family .
- No air conditioning or fans available. Rooms extremely hot at night. Very uncomfortable to sleep. (This isn’t 4 star quality?!)Some grumpy staff - didn’t feel that welcoming.No staff at the reception bar in the evening. Couldn’t enjoy one last drink once the kids were asleep - there was nothing to do but stare at the grass dune blocking the view to the sea.

Spotlessly clean. Stylish room. Ours had a huge balcony with a Strandkorb from which to watch the sunset. Room was beautifully appointed with coffee machine and kettle and tea a and coffee, not always available in german hotels. Breakfast was waonderful
LIke most of the island, the hotel is overpriced, but still very good. Some staff were a bit surly
Staff was super nice, the room modern and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. We booked last minute and were surprised we were able to snag the 2 bed suite. Sad we could not stay longer but will be back.
