Amazing location with private parking, which is at a premium by the beach. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants and yet still tranquil and quiet at night. Clean with excellent bathrooms. The only negative is that the beds and headboards could do with modernising and upgrading. Have a sea view room with balcony and enjoy the most amazing sunrise

Very nice hotel just a few feet away from the beach. Clean, comfortable beds, large room with a balcony. Has a swimming pool.

We booked a room with two meals included, breakfast and one other meal. We chose lunch. They gave us only soup. It was tasty and filling but we were expecting more to eat. Breakfast is continental with an addition of a few slices of cheese and lunch meat. The restaurant downstairs had music and loud voices until 1 AM

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but it looked like you had access to a machine in the foyer.

Room was tired and in need of refurbishment. Could hear the muzac from the bar/restaurant below all the time in my room. I asked the barman to turn the volume down but it made little difference. Bring ear plugs!

Good sized room with a sea view. Bathroom with a bath not just a shower. Friendly, helpful staff and good buffet breakfast.

Hotel was very well located, with great views if the beach and sea.

The staff were very unfriendly - not welcoming or helpful. Stayed talking on the phone when I was checking out. A cleaner walled into my room without knocking. Walls in room were very thin, I could hear everything being said in the rooms next door.

Hotel room was shabby, and tiny. The bathroom was in need of repair. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Bath itself was a shower tray. Mattresses were cheap and thin. The restaurant Buffett breakfast was poor value for the ten euro fee. Waitress was surly

The English speaking lady who registered us was fantastic - so helpful and kind. The room had a beautiful view and parking was easy.

Breakfast was a bit hit n miss. The hotel hosts breakfast for bus groups at 8am with hotel guests only being welcomed from 9am. It would be nice if breakfast choices were replenished ready for the 9am hotel guests. When we mentioned the empty plates, some more food was rustled up but it took a bit of effort to achieve this and it was all a bit awkward. It is something that is easy to rectify. Other than that, a great location.

The location is perfect with beautiful views. The hotel staff were nice. The room was small but sufficient. Our balcony was facing the sea, and the view was amazing. The shower was powerful. There is a small pool area which was modern and clean.

No air conditioning or fan.

The staff were very helpful in accommodating us to secure our bicycles for our stay, especially Kevin.Great location with supermarket across the road and a sports bar to watch the rugby world cup!
