ibis Styles Pamplona Noain

I liked every aspect of the hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious room; friendly helpful staff and good location for us. Plus pet friendly and parking which is important for us

The only thing I would add is a kettle or coffee maker in the room. But this didn't spoil my stay

Easy to get to on route from France to Alicante . Very friendly staff . Perfect if you have pets . Good food in the attached restaurant and a reasonable breakfast.

Breakfast could be better , no tea /coffee making facilities in the room.

Comfortable bed.Plenty of hot water in the bathroom

Room needed an update, the curtains particularly.

Garage great lovely buzz in restaurant excellent service good food reception excellent

Friendly staff, very clean, location close to motorway, dog friendly and great bar/restaurant next door. Secure underground parking €9.50.

We have stopped there many times , it is easy to find . You don’t have to leave the hotel for food or a drink.the young lady on the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

There was no tea / coffee facilities in the room .

Clean tidy rooms nice beds

The Receptionist was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, we had a good night’s sleep. We did not have the hotel’s breakfast so can’t comment on that. The cafe next to the hotel provides meals and snacks at very reasonable prices.

Could not get the air conditioner to cool, only warm air, so we did not use it.

Location and restaurant below.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Walls seem really thin, the neighbouring room kept us awake and we left around 3am as we couldn’t get any sleep. The pillows have been changed since we last stayed at the hotel which were very uncomfortable.

Very friendly welcome. Simple and clean accommodation in a good location close to Pamplona town centre. No issues with out two dogs staying with us. Secure parking in the garage was an unexpected benefit.

The room was a nice size and clean. The bed was super comfy

having to pay extra for 2 small dogs. The entrance to the hotel was partially blocked by a large group of young people standing outside to chat. It mad e it difficult to get in and out of the hotel via the main entrance-

Ease of access to motorway and bar and restaurant facilities close.

Nothing really. Good hotel value for money.

Location of the hotel was good.10 minutes away from Pamplona.Ideal snack bar and restaurant on site.Comfiest bed I have ever slept in.

Lady on reception excellent

Noisy neighbours in room next door, not your fault.

We use this hotel as a stop off on the way to southern Spain as we travel in our car with a small dog from the UK. The hotel is well placed with just a small walk to all the bars and restaurants. The on site cafe is very reasonably priced for both food and drinks and they allow dogs in all areas.

I can't really think of anything bad about the hotel, it is perfect for our needs.

It was dog friendly even in the restaurant & bar next doorReceptionist was lovely & helpful

Location

Staff.Overall condition of room poor.Floors coming up and I tripped into bathroom.Bathroom tap broken.Window not sealed properly.I found my door open on my return from cafe.Random person taking photographs of other rooms

We were walking ththeCaminno and unable to get accommadation in Pamplona due to San Fermin festival. The hotel was a short bus ride from PAMPLONA and buses every 15 minutes. The hotel was of a very high standard for an Ibis. The receptionist was extremely helpful, there is a nice bar area outside.

Good Location, clean & comfortable.

No tea or coffee in room.

Location ,friendly staff, fair restaurant and good breakfast.

Nothing all as expected.
