This hotel is on the s.w. corner of town. It's not in Pamplona and it's actually a bit s of airport. It's difficult to locate this place and that is not fault of the hotel. There is nothing wrong with this hotel and it was a good value for the money pd

Quiet and clean hotel 10 minutes from Pamplona by car.

Not too many amenities (restaurants, shops) at night, but it served the purpose during San Fermin (Running of the Bulls) festival.

Parking

Bad is terrible, I have feelings every spring, and very hard. No breakfast in hotel, need to go 200m outside, should be open from 7 till 11 , but 7.15 no one staff been there.

There was no parking in the car park, the rooms were nothing like advertised, the 1st room was dilapidated, and the second room was not much better. Both rooms smelt of strong disinfectant so much it made your eyes water. On entering the hotel, we were greeted by 3 Romanian men smoking outside, one coughed up something and spat it out, the reception area vending machines were empty, and the reception area was a mess. On opening the door to the second room offered, we decided to leave and asked for a refund. The receptionist said to contact booking.com, which we have, but have still not received any money. As we left the hotel, two Romanian men were looking into our vehicle. It's not a safe place to stay.

Everything run down the hotel, which seems to be used for migrant workers...

Helpful receptionist and close to motorway

No facilities for eating or a bar. Bed was very uncomfortable with very poor pillow. Room was very small although clean.

Typical out-of-the-city hotel for short stays on the way to the final destination. It has basic facilities and a modest breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is not noisy. There is a bathtub, and the bathroom is large.

Location: It's far from Pamplona's city center, and there is no city transport.

A hotel at a highway stop. I can't criticize the location. It isn't a place where you want to spend your vacation, though it's quite handy when you need to make a stopover on your way to a better place. It serves its purpose quite well. It was also quite quiet for its location.

Incredibly slow check in. And a hotel restaurant where you could get dinner would be also nice. There aren't many restaurants at a typical highway stop.

Clean, comfortable bed and good location next to motorway

No facilities to make tea/coffee in room, drinks machine in reception not working. No facility for breakfast, we had to go to a nearby cafe for coffee and breakfast. Also, card machine not working so had to pay by cash.

Have stayed here a few times on the way to Spain. Very convenient location - just off the motorway.Very clean rooms.

I had requested a double but we were given a twin room, which in itself wasn't a problem. However the beds were very uncomfortable, which was a surprise as we have always had really comfortable beds previously. Also one bed was very creaky and noisy every time I moved.

The beds were like camp-beds - not comfortable at all. The room was moderately clean. There seemed to be a possibility of having breakfast in a nearby location, but the information was not clear.

Location

I arrived around 11:00 PM and shortly after plugging in my phone charger, the power in the room went out. I informed the receptionist, who came up to take photos of the switches and said he would return in 10 minutes. As I was traveling with my young daughter who was already very tired, I informed him we were going to sleep. Unfortunately, he returned and knocked on the door at 1:00 AM, waking us both up, which was very disruptive.

The extra space giving us a lounge to relax in after a busy day.

The restaurant is being refurbished so had to go to local cafe for breakfast. Choice was very limited. Would have preferred to have known about restaurant whilst booking to opt out of breakfast
