Incredible spa & view overlooking Pamplona for breakfast was great. Very quiet area

The room was very nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was good, and the dinner at the hotel restaurant is highly recommended — it’s not included in the room price, but both the food and the service were excellent. We didn't try out the SPA.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, with not much variety to choose from. The air conditioner was also quite noisy at night.

Restaurant and spa very nice. Good breakfast. Good sized room. Staff very nice.

The bedding was not very soft and the pillows were not good. There were no facilities for tea and coffee in the room and no iron to iron clothes. There was not toiletries either. I’d expect those things in a hotel like this.

The rooms are a but dated, but mostly in great condition. Breakfast is excellent and staff and location are amazing.

It would've been nice to be able to get a coffee anytime at the bar/lounge instead of having to go outside (it was cold). However, very minor detail and I had coffee in room to "tie me over".

2nd visit here - Very comfy and quiet room, nice welcome and easy check in, lovely bathroom and the snacks/food that we ate in the bar were very good (nachos, dips, chicken wings). Good selection and quality of breakfast options. The hotel is as described - we knew what to expect and we like that everything is quality, has a relaxed feel and the staff are very pleasant.

Service in the bar was too slow and the rotating video showing the hotel was very repetitive and dull. At breakfast my husband asked for cold ‘plant based’ milk for his cereal and was told no they didn’t have any despite that they had warm plant based milk in a flask.

The unfriendliness of the personnel, the spa that you have to pay for and an top of that a mandatory hat that you have to pay extra. No tissue in the room.

The hotel is fabulous with the most comfiest of beds we’ve ever slept in. The bathrooms are excellent with big fluffy towels. As the hotel is part of a golf club, the views are fantastic. The drive up to the hotel comes through a very posh area which is lovely.

The menu for evening meal was a little short and lacked a choice of vegetables with the meal but the food was good. I ordered salmon but wasn’t offered any carbs or vegetables to go with that, until I pressed for it.

Room was clean and good size.

Didn’t seem to have any clue what to do after feeding me nuts in a chocolate desert with a nut allergy. No mention of nuts on the menu and when I asked and mentioned I was allergic the waiter vanished… he came back 15 mins later saying do I need to go to hospital. Thankfully for him my allergy is minor otherwise under their care I would probably be dead at that point. I was however still quite unwell. After all of that they even had the audacity to charge me for the meal!When I left they failed to ask if I had a nice stay, they don’t care, the staff all need training and the menus rewritten otherwise the day will come when someone with a more serious reaction to nuts will visit and order unknowingly.

This hotel has improved since my last visit in May 2023, but it still needs more work to bring it back to its former glory e.g. circa 2019.

No hand tissues in bedroom. Drinking water in room first night only. Most of the restaurant staff are very good but a few are not. Dinner menu very limited, we ate out the 2nd night. NO FOOD available from noon to 8pm, guests are advised to go to a restaurant some 2km away. Not good enough for a large 4 Star hotel...

Very classy place in a great location with a wonderful restaurant and gym. Very good value.

Super staff, clean and well air conditioned rooms and a really nice restaurant. Thoroughly recommended.

I would only point out 1 safety feature. Our accommodation was on 2 levels joined by a straight run of 17 stairs. With no handrail, that configuration poses a safety risk.

Perfect stay from the beginning to the end. We had arrived late and been soaking wet. Staff at the reception was great and helped to keep motorbike in the underground parking.Dinner was exceptional with the new twist on the deserts by Jose-pastry chef. Wine selection very broad from local Navarra, Syriah to classic Rijohas. Room located into the view of the golf course. Super clean and extra comfy beds. Will definitely recommend to stay and will return if in the area.
