Pros +
- Corsaro Etna was a two night stay for us and we made full use of the time. The hotel is located in a fantasy dream of a landscape The drive up was as memorable as the stay as your view stretches for miles. Abundant parking, a very short walk to the tram to the mountaintop and good restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we opted for a balcony with a mountain view - good choice. It was a quiet time of the year and I am sure that added to our memories. After a day long excurson up the mountain on day two we made joyous use of the Wellness Center, keep in mind others might also be using it at the same time, check with the desk they are super helpful. Breakfast was an unbelievable display of great variey and flavors - coffee was excellent.Don't pass up this once in a lifetime chance to be "bed neighbors" with a volcano. Daniel and Linda
- Great location from which to explore Etna. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous.
- Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room size and bathroom was great. Overall enjoyable stay.
Cons -
- To some, parts of the Hotel might seem dated. Give compassion to the location, usage and purpose - and enjoy it's history
- Would've like more amenities in the spa.
- The spa was closed down. Not a big deal but would’ve been nice to use.

The breakfast was everything Id expect, staff was really nice and helpful.
The spa was closed down. Not a big deal but would’ve been nice to use.
Great staff. Amazing view. Safe place for our bikes. Great breakfast.
Restaurant not open except for groups. Noisy doors in the hallway.
Excellent location, friendly staff and very large clean rooms
An amazing experience to stay right on Mt Etna, surrounded by fields of Lava - so peaceful and incredible landscapes. The rooms, staff and facilities were all excellent and made everything comfortable.
Just in general, there is no store on Etna and you can't even boil and then drink the tap water. The hotel provides some bottled water in your room but any extra costs 6 x what it would in a supermarket. Just a heads up to others to purchase some bottles of water and maybe snacks if you are staying up here.
The location very convenient. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the starting point for the Mount Etna summit climb, with easy access to the cable car and other excursion options. The property itself was spotless, and the spa was the perfect way to unwind after the trek up the summit.
Nothing to think of
Breakfast was amazing Location fantastic We were lucky to experience a Vulcano Eruption Save parking Fast WLAN
The hotel and the location was perfect for a hike up Mt Etna. The staff was always very nice and the breakfast was amazing.
Everything was great.
The rooms were decent for the prize and the bathrooms were pretty great! Davide, who works the front desk, was exceptionally helpful. Among other things, he turned us onto a great guide, Augusto Nicolosi.
I am happy with the Hotel. I am quite unhappy with BOOKING.COM Although I had booked two rooms1 for my husband and I2 for my sister. Two different prices, the one I expencted to be for my husband and I more expensive than the other. When we got there they told us I had reserved two singles and yes two different prices but still to singles. Imagine my surprise. At the end they charged us an extra 28$ to have the 2 of us in the room.
A great location for Etna exploration. Very good breakfast. All the staff is realy helpful and friendly. The room was spatious and clean.
Such a great place to stay if you want to be close to the Etna volcano. The staff was incredible, super helpful and nice. Breakfast is indeed delicious with tons of choice. Really loved our stay
Proximity to Etna could not be better, see it before / after the coaches arrive. Staff extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Book a tour. Make sure you visit the spa. Breakfast will keep you going most of the day!
We loved staying on the side of Mt. Etna. The hotel is well kept and very comfortable. Our room was large and super comfortable, which included the bed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We are so glad we chose to stay at the Corsaro!!
The staff was very friendly. Alessandro at the reception really went out of his way to help us when a car crashed into us on the way to the hotel. The room was good size and clean. We only stayed for one night
The staff was helpful and the room and breakfast was outstanding.
