Very nice location. Easy to go for walks. Easy access with car and parking. Beautiful place. But the walls are super thin, very noisy in the morning with kids next door. Bathroom door was right next to the bed with glass (not see through) so very uncomfortable to be on toilet. The heating in the hotel was at on way to high, we were cooking. But a beautiful place with good breakfast and very nice staff.

A short walk to Etna parkrun and a fab restaurant with delicious food and generous portions. Very helpful staff who kept breakfast open later than usual to accommodate us.

Walls were a little thin, so we could hear people in neighbouring rooms.

Hotel is close to Etna, that's why we chose it and also it has a great view of it. It has free parking. The room was really comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day of our stay. It has a really great heating so we were never cold. Breakfast was great, and also before we came to the hotel, they reached out and asked if we wanted dinner in our room because we were coming late and they sent us a menu so we could choose what to eat. That was the only time we ate dinner and it was really great.

The only thing I can say was a minus are thin walls and poor sound isolation, so bring earplugs!

The location for what we wanted was good

Ot was not the first time we stay in the hotel....the room was not clean and even after we switched off the ac it was very hot in the room we had to sleep with the windows open I January.... breakfast was horrible....water had bad taste and the milk on the table was left there for days. The waitress even told us to take one thing for each item cause she didn't had enough food.

Very helpful staff. Food was very good and at affordable prizes. Hotel was very clean. Wish to thank all the staff.

Perfect for our one night and the 11:00 check out was just right

Shame that the lift to the front door didn't work with so many steps and three suitcases

Out of season so the pool was closed, and maintainance was being undertaken. The decor and finishes in the room were poor.

Lovely little hotel near Mt Etna. The staff are amazing, so helpful in organising our transfers to and from the airport etc. It’s a little dated in decor but super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with real, fresh coffee. The views are incredible.

The rooms are not very soundproof so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

beautiful place on top of a mountain with amazing views. Nice pool. Great staff, everyone was so nice and friendly. There was a wedding on the day but we didn't hear a thing in a room. Very lovely villa, highly recommended

The hotel was attractive and well-maintained, our balcony view was of Mt Etna. it is located about 15min walk uphill from the centre of Nicolosi, no problem for us. We chose the hotel because it is only 10min walk from Etna Parkrun breakfast is until 10.30 and check-out is 11.00. Only drawback is almost total absence of public transport.

Nothing at all

The location was perfect for our trip to Mount Etna the following morning. Staff all very friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent & a good choice of food for breakfast.

The hotel was OK but won't return as still 2a.m a noisy event was going on. Complained but was told could not do anything about it. Not even an apology. So not using that hotel again.

The rooms needs lot of mentinace. Brooken doors and old fashion rooms. The pool is dangerous needs mentinace. The service of eating there pls teach the waitress to ask the customers if they need desert after food. They brought us food and went to sleep. We had to pay in the morning.

First night we didnt have any water to have a shower, both of the tv did not work, the rooms are very outdated

The air conditioner in our room was quite old so when the morning sun started to shine at early morning the curtains didn’t help with the heat. AC was on max but room became hotter and hotter. Also, we got stuck in the elevator 2 times.

Staff, breakfast was nice. Everything was nice.Pool, balcony, staff , everything. They organised a car to collect us from airport. Perfect, no bother.

That they sold caps for the pool and not everyone wore them. It was annoying that we did but other that didn’t were ignored.
