Very clean and modern facilities with staff that went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful, great views to Catania and the ocean. Dinners were memorable. The property is about 45 minute drive from Catania which suited us for using the property as a base to visit surrounding areas. Very convenient for exploring Mt. Etna and surrounding wine region. Best pizza in Sicily!

The remote location was a blessing as we did not much care for Catania, driving was a nightmare, poor roads and lack of public transit so a car was a necessity, unfortunately GPS was not upto date so easy to get lost. Breakfast was not upto the dinner standard and no lunch service.

Everything is very clean and the stuff gave us full attention. The food was delicious and also the atmosphere was perfect. We want to come back ❤️

The whole team of staff were incredible from the moment we arrived all the way until we left. They were always on hand to help, answer any questions and give recommendations whenever we needed. The hotel itself is very modern, has a chic design and has the best pizza on offer!

Tina and Antonella were great as well as other staff. We enjoyed the stay. Very close to Etna.

The property is very comfortable with spacious rooms and beautiful terrace. The rooms are spotless clean and so is the rest of the property with pleasant smells everywhere. The staff are amazing. The girl at reception was very courteous and so were Tina and Antonella. All 3 of them made sure to make our short stay as pleasant as possible. We will surely go again.

The property is still brand new and I’m sure they enhance the place especially the parking area.

Everything was perfect! Sebastiano, Tina and also Christina did a perfect service, Tina was doing the room and breakfast with love. It was very clean, nice view to the sea! We travel a lot, but u never ate a Pizza good as this one!

The balcony is as you see on the pictures of booking long and kind of „shared“ without any good working view separation….

We had a very nice room with its own whirlpool. The bed was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was great. The grounds are generally beautiful and well maintained with parking on the doorstep. The breakfast was really good with sweet and salty options. The staff always tried to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our wishes - unfortunately somewhat contrary to the manager/owner.

Our requests were rejected by the manager/owner the first time each time in an unfriendly manner and only fulfilled by the warm care of the staff (food in the room when we felt ill, an umbrella when it was thundering, etc). Unfortunately, only a few of the staff could speak English and in the first day we struggled with the language barrier, especially with the male staff. When they realized that we didn't speak Italian, they didn't make much effort to explain or help us (baggage, information about breakfast, spa, etc.) and we didn't feel very welcome. Only the very helpful female staff really made an effort to fulfill all our wishes despite the language problems. From a four star hotel I expect a little more and also that it is prepared for international guests (e.g. restaurant menu available in English)

We enjoyed the relax & cosy atmosphere of the hotel (family run, not a big chain style) The room was very large & confortable, with a nice balcony well exposed with sun transats. The pool was great, and the small SPA allows to relax after a long day of visits.The Pizza’s and meat at the restaurant are really exceptional (not your ordinary Pizza’s)Location is ideal to explore the Etna, and we made daily excursions to Catania, Taormina, Noto and Siracusa, all worth the visit.A special thank you to Tina for the great breakfast

Room was really comfortable and had all amenities needed for a good rest .

The balcony terrace there has no privacy in between each other . Breakfast is served to your room and I was not notified of this system . Just came out of the shower felt awkward.

Top class new Hotel, but some works not ready yet!AC in room not working altough the girl at the counter said people are coming to fix it!At least left door of Balcony open at night for a good breeze.Therfore the rest is all good with huge balconies and maybe needs some more time to be ready from everything.

The property was luxurious & the staff (including the owner) were very friendly & helpful. The hotel is very new. The owner is a twice former world pizza champion & the pizzas are amazing!

There are some teething issues as the hotel is so new, but given the positive attitude of the owner & staff I’m sure these will soon be dealt with.

The onsite parking was under construction during our visit, but once complete, it will be very convenient for the guests.Breakfast delivered to your room daily. Make your selections and delivery time the night before and enjoy prompt service of the delicious breakfast options. The attention to detail by the staff made us feel like royalty. We were truly humbled by these incredibly professional and accommodating staff members!
