It's a very good place - kind staff, comfortable bed, tea and kettle in the room, silent neighbourhood, big parking - lots of advantages.

Points for improvement: Staff at check-in could have explained that cleaning of the room is only performed when requested by placing the relevant card outside the room. I am travelling a lot and this practice is unusual and should be actively communicated. In addition, for security reasons I do not like to communicate my absence by placing the “clean my room” board outside the door.

No mention was made of a parking charge when booking or upon arrival yet I was charged €5 per day upon checking out. Stayed in many hotels in France and Germany but never been charged for parking in hotel grounds !

Location, big room for a family.

Staff in the restaurant not friendly. Not making an effort to keep flies away from food. This was during the dinner buffet. Cover the food at least. Some plates were dirty with still pieces of dry food on it.

The only plus of the hotel is the location as it is close to the motorway, located in a quiet village and has plenty of space to walk our dogs.

Not all room have air con, which seem bizarre in 2024, the bedding is thin and cheap, the pillows were completely worn out. The towels were thin and gray. There is no decent soap or shower gel. The restaurant food was dire. I had to find fast food outlet to have some food in the evening.

The hotel is near the highway exit in a quiet small town with a large parking place in front of it. The staff was very friendly and fluent in many languages. I had a very nice room, with a very good bed. A perfect rest.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Looks like the place was referbishes. The rooms and common areas are fresh and very clean. The staff are very welcoming. And they accept pets which is very important for us. The lockation for dogs is excellent, plenty of space for nice walks. Also, is very quiet so after an all day drive it’s easy to relax. Breakfast is also good.

I wish there was a gym.

The hotel provided exactly what we needed it for and even more! Staying overnight before Continuing our trip with the car. Quiet, easily accessible from the highway, easy check-in/out, clean, the right amount and variety of food for breakfast, friendly for pets like our dog and babies.

Obviously it's a place where a lot of visitors stop overnight to rest before continuing their trip and Obviously they reach the parking by car. The extra charge for the parking in such a quiet place (1/10 of seats occupied on Saturday) is a bit off.

The Heater/AC in our room was noisy ?

We stayed 2 nights. First breakfastmorning the restaurant was full and we had to use the verry dark bar area beside the restaurant. The restaurant area is modern and updated, bar area needs renovation and much more light to make it more pleasant and welcoming. Restaurant serves very limited menu. On Saturday they serve a buffet (so no a la carte) for a fair price, but nothing special, with a verry simple desert choice. Room itself is good, bathroom clean, modernised. If you like to keep the windows open at night: the village is quiet but with the Autobahn just a stonethrow away: you will hear it.

Diner options in the evening (there is no eating option in the village)

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

The restaurant was closed on the day we arrived.
