The hotel person was extremely accommodating

For the price point outstanding

The room we stayed in was incredible. Everything was very well-kept and clean, with plenty of space to store clothes and various personal items wherever you want. A big balcony with a beautiful view of the harbor and sea. The manager will change your towels and clean the room every day. She is very kind and lovely. She caters to all your requests. The breakfast is wonderful. They lend you umbrellas so you can go to the beach without having to rent one. The shower had excellent hot water. Practically everything was perfect; we really enjoyed it.

The only thing that could be improved is the internet connection on the television, although it wasn't the focus of our trip, obviously, but we couldn't watch a movie at night because of the internet. The location is very easy to get to if you're driving, but if you're taking the bus every day, it can be tiring.

The property was great for the little town it’s in. We had a great view of the ocean and a little balcony to enjoy it! We arrived early and the host made a point to finish cleaning our room so we could check in! That was awesome! We stayed here after our hike to the Samaria Gorge because it was a perfect place to leave the next day from Chania to Heraklion.

we had a good breakfast meeting our expectation. It was possible to check in at 7 AM in the morning after arriving by boat from Pireaus at 6:00 AM. Hotel was conveniently located at the Sauda port area. There were restaurants and cafes near by.

We had to climb up steep and narrow stairs to the second floor where our room was. It was very difficult to have to be carrying the two luggages.There was no parking lot of the hotel but it wasn't difficult to park on the streets.

Only the location, close to Chanias airport.

Too many furniture in the room, I don't know if it was room or storage. The worst room I ever been.I will not come back, that's sure.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean and well thought out. Souda is a working town but has plenty of shops and restaurants and an attractive square leading down to the sea, directly in front of the hotel. We were fortunate to have a room on the first floor with a balcony looking across to the square and the sea. Parking on the street was easy.

The room was very small and not so comfortable.

We had a pleasant surprise with how good the room was here. Although we only stayed for one night before departing the island, the experience was excellent. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. There are restaurants and a bakery nearby, including one that opens at 5 AM, which was great for us as we had an early flight. The hotel is also well-positioned near the port. Overall, a very nice stay and highly recommended.

One minor issue was finding the entrance, as it was a bit difficult based on the booking location provided. Updating the directions or adding clearer signage could improve this experience :)

We needed a base before a very late evening flight & the hotel was very accommodating to an early check in. Lovely large & comfy double bed. Nice products in the bathroom. Access to large sunny roof terrace was nice.

There was a kettle but no cups/mugs. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and tricky with luggage. The lady who checked us in was a little offhand.

Stayed only one night just before returning. We wanted to be close to the Chania Airport so location was good from this point of view. Bed was comfortable, room was big enough but due to too many stuff in the room there was no space to move throughly!

Bathroom was so small and its door was foldable thereof there was a big gap at the bottom.

As other reviews stated, great hotel for an early/late flight.Our room had a small balcony with a fabulous view towards the port.It was clean and the beds were comfortable, nothing to complain about...

Clean, close to the port, easy to access

Walked down an alley to get there which was fine together but would not have liked to if travelling solo

Location was perfect . Late night flight and not to far fromAirport . 15 minute drive . Handy shops nearby to stock up provisions and a great cafe for breakfast. Was clean and comfy .

Great accommodation! We were able to check in late at night (our flight landed after midnight). The flat had great facilities; it was a shame we only stayed one night.

Simple, clean, very central in Souda: our stay was comfortable and nice. The terrace for breakfast is amazing

Clean and good . staff helpfull and polite. Location is good front of port.

Close to the airport, 35e taxi to reach it. 24/7 reception, so you can check in later as well. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Lots of food places nearby.

Happy about the comfort of the room, the location is good. We had just a few hours so the focus was to get some sleep before the flight and we did it well.

Clean spacious room close to the ferry terminal and buses. Quiet considering it was on the main street.
