Location only - in the middle of nowhere

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a parking lot that was very handy for us. The breakfast was good.

The soundproofing of the room wasn't the best. The bathroom needs an update to match the quality of the hotel. Nothing else.

The availability and how the personnel were always there to help

They should put some disposable toothbrushes and small toothpaste in case some forget theirs is something that Japanese Hotels do and is very convenient

Pool, food, staff

We arrived late and stayed for just one night. The staff was very kind and professional, the room was excellent, the bathroom clean and spacious, and the hotel’s location was perfect for continuing our journey. It was exactly what we needed to rest well and move on

Extremely friendly staff who were always available for help and advice. Accessibility for wheelchair users in the form of a ramp at the entrance, an elevator etc. Large spacious rooms as well as comfortable beds. The hotel has a large, spacious parking lot and, most importantly, it is far from the noise of the city, yet 20 minutes from the center itself.

Something I see a lot of and don’t understand is a comforter on the bed without a sheet. A comforter is way too hot for me and the only other option is nothing.Industrial area close to nothing.

The hotel parking is spacious. The staff is very kind and answered all our questions. The pool is very well arranged, with sun loungers and music. The water in the pool was at a suitable, comfortable temperature. The breakfast is rich, with food and drinks for every taste, even if the preferences are salty or sweet, there are all kinds. The room was spacious, clean and nicely arranged. The bathroom was functional without problems, and the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower were perfect. The location allows access to both Thessaloniki and adjacent areas easily by car. A plus is the fact that there are gas stations nearby. We recommend and would repeat the experience offered by this hotel.

We stop at this hotel every tine we go to Lefkada. The room is big and clean, the breafast is very good. The AC in the room is working perfectly. The pool is big and nice, there is enough parking and the hotel overall looks very nice.

The location. Far away from Thesalloniki. The streets around are off road.

We stopped over here on a road trip, it was really clean and the people were nice. Good price value ratio.

It is the second time we are staying here and we like that it is clean and they have a lovely pool.

Breakfast could have more variety

The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, the parking lot is very spacious and the car was safe.

The rooms are very outdated, dirty, the bathroom is terrible, smells like stinking sewage when you use the bathroom sink, the bathroom amenities were used, the rooms smell strongly of mold, the air conditioning did not work - just recirculates the air and smells extremely strong of mold, the location is in an industrial area.The breakfast wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. The coffee machine and containers in which the food was displayed were dirty. The coffee was undrinkable and the maize served was sour and rotten.
