Hotel Nocturnes

Staff is very friendly. Nice selection at the breakfast buffet, food in general was delicious. Our room (which was in the newly built part of the hotel) was comfortable and clean, with a great view

Disappointment

1) in an Italian hotel the staff hardly spoke Italian: I called by phone and asked to direct me to drive to the hotel. The lady said she doesn’t speak Italian, asked me to wait and hung up. I was staining at the road… nobody recalled me.2) check-out is at 10:00. Starting from 8:30, every 5-10 min the cleaning staff knocked the door to start cleaning.

Location, whirlpool and sauna

The room was extremely warm. Sun was directly pointing to the windows in the afternoon, and the room had no fans or A/C.

Restaurant

The staff were extremely caring and friendly with great local recommendations for actiivities and restaurants. The Breakfast and Evening buffets were excellent and we would quickly return for that alone.

Nice hotel, nice little garden and a pond with fish and turtle

The breakfast room was exceptionally well-ornated, with a nice view outside. There were many dishes to choose from, and the coffee was tasty. we enjoyed using the jacuzzi, the pool and the sauna. The room had a nice view of the surrounding mountains.

there was no vegetarian dinner menu to choose from.

The hotel and rooms are very nice, but air conditioning inside the rooms is lacking
