Pros +
- Close to park and water.
- Hanna-ELise was a great host and we were looked after very well. We were offered alternatives because of an hot water issue. A very comfortable stay and we would definitely recommend. .We can also recommend the very tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Thank you Hosts.
- All perfect for us
Cons -
- Very small beds, small bathroom across the hall.
- Kettle in room needed to make porridge for early breakfast on race day was missing-but I didn't ask for it so my own fault?
- We didn’t realise how far or how much it would cost to get in the city, completely our fault though. The positive was that it made us slow down for a few days and enjoy the countryside instead of the city!

Really lovely stay. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was spot on. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. The town itself was beautiful and quiet but had shops and restaurants a short walk away.
Amazing little place out of the city. We felt very welcome here and nothing was too much trouble for Hannelies. We had a room with a private separate bathroom, which we chose, and were more than happy with it! We hired bikes and rode around, again this was explained to us perfectly so we could enjoy the routes we chose!

It was next to the bus stop
The breakfast was very basic and when we arrived there wasn’t anything left.
Great quite location for a good base to see many of the surrounding cities. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and a very kind staff.
A few mosquitoes at night, but really nothing to not like.
Location is stunningly beautiful- a very pleasant surprise. It exceeded our expectations. We didn’t book breakfast as we’re not big eaters in the mornings but they still supplied us with a cuppa and croissant. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The stairs were a little narrow and different to manage for someone with back problems but to be expected in these lovely older buildings.
Location, staff and atmosphere
No refill of coffee/sugar, bed sheets could be newer and the building could be better kept
Nice hotel close to parks with lots of mature trees.110 bus from Bussun to Weesp stops outside the hotel.Nice bikes are available for hire from the hotel.Stairs to upstairs rooms are quite steep so be prepared. Excellent food in the restaurant.
Bathroom was small but adequate.
quite, clean, and comfortable.
that the bathroom and shower were in the hallway outside of the bedroom.
We received a very warm and friendly welcome. Staff are very helpful. Our room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed our meal and breakfast. There is secure storage in a garage for bicycles.
Everything great, pleasant staff, always reachable, beautiful surroundings, comfy beds!
beautiful building in a pretty setting great hosts who were super helpful.
took a lot longer to get into Amsterdam than we thought it would. The bus stop is right next to hotel but the bus is once an hour to the train station & then a train into the city journey takes about an hour. Room would have benefited from tea/coffee facilities
Beautiful location. Great food, perfect and charming host.
Great location near water front.Shower and toilet opposite our room entrance.Good safe area for our tandem bike.
I was used to b&b breakfast (included) so that was a little down.
I I didn’t like anything about the hotel. It was miserable from the start. The heater wouldn’t even work. The lady was so rude. I told her it was freezing and she wouldn’t even turn on the heating. All I can say avoid this hotel at all cost horrible. Horrible horrible hotel. The bedsheets were very dirty and also the towels.

Amazing place, amazing nature, amazing people. It is highly recommended to visit beach around the village if you stay here. Free places for parking are present here as well.
About transfer to Amsterdam. Bus station is at next door to hotel. Bus ride 1 time per hour. Ticket to Weesp is about 4euro per person, only card. 15 minutes to Weesp. Train from Weesp to Amsterdam is about 4-5euro per person. Also 15 minutes.Taxi costs 30-32euro from this hotel to Amsterdam (Uber). We prefer taxi, it significantly comfortable for the same price for three persons
near to Amsterdam and Almere
very small rooms
Nice family hotel near the beach, perfect for cycling in Amsterdam surroundings , the neighbourhood is pretty, beautiful quiet houses, restaurant, supermarket among trees; if you want to explore Netherlands bicycle lanes , this is the place; in the evening you can go downtown for dinner in Amsterdam; the hotel has bicycles to rent and a very good breakfast.
Small room but had all two friends needed to rest after long cycling days
