Pros +
- Wonderful hotel , great location and so much for the whole family to do. The half board was amazing with incredible food selections every night and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend for families
- Breakfast was superb, and dinner was very nice. Outdoor pool was cool too.
- Friendly staff, lovely swimming pools, free use of skis & lockers & a short distance from ski lifts.Excellent food & accomodation.
Cons -
- Unfortunately the outdoor pool does not allow children under 16, which was unexpected. Our son was very upset about it as we were all looking forward to using it. An outdoor pool after a ski day is the highlight of our trip! This was the only negative experience about our whole stay.
- Near pool there was nobody serving drinks/ beverages, even tho there was a stand. Pillows were very bad.
- No diversity
