Big room

-Unable to seek help on location due to no staff onsite -Lots of promotions on dinner and farm trip to get us to spend more money but failed to let us know that we didn’t check in properly to get the entry code which was most important. -Wifi signal so week due to remote area that we couldn’t log in to receive emails or use WhatsApp to communicate -once connected to a staff after hotel guests gave up the hotel’s wifi password, the staff wasn’t friendly and the attitude towards me was rude.

Spacious room, easy check in, beautiful location

Truly the most extraordinary views and amazing apartment. The place was so big and cozy, even had your own wine fridge.

Had to wait 30 minutes outside the gate for password even when we checked in 18:00. After countless calls etc they finally answered and hang up on me. Then after a while someone send me a voice message of the codes. Legit disaster costumer service but soooo cool views.

the location. amazing views.The place is very isolated. There are about 6-7 villas.watch out for the roads, it's up the hills. Check-in is via whats app through codes. Make sure your phone is charged !

No tea, kettle, no coffee. No kitchen.A bit scary to be in the middle of nowhere with people you don't know.

BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Impressed by the price and the pictures i wasnt giving much attention to whoever wrote about the bad attention.Awful treat from the staff. Wouldn't let us in the gate, left us in a cold of 4°c, to wait outside, for 3.5 hours saying we should check in online. We agreed but told them no link was sent, if they could please send it again. The answer was NO " if you didn't get it it's not our problem, talk to booking". 3 hours of trying to get to talk with them and with booking until they finally let us in (with no check in online). Talking to us on the phone in the most horrendous way (saying "f*ck you, we don't care" with no reason. Happened the same to the three other guests that were there. It's unbelievable that such an amazing place is in the hand of such terrible and incompetent people.

I would warn anyone that is enjoying the beauty of toscana, DONT GO THERE, you are risking your vacation. The reason that we didn't go and waited for them to react: 1. It was paid2. It was far from other places to sleep. 3. Booking said in 4 different conversations that they will talk to them and try to fix it. THE HORRIBLE ATTENTION WAS NOT NECESSARY. ITS NOT JUST ONE CASE!! IT HAPPENED TO ALL THE OTHER GUESTS!

The view and the location

The property didn’t have any of kitchen equipment and not a fridge.

The views alone. Nothing else. It was spartan and desolate. Not warm or enjoyable at all.

It was very isolated, without another soul around so was not what I expected “a resort” to be. On arrival many cats 7 or 8 and a little white kitten were extremely hungry and without water. They were following me into my room as no one was caring for them. There was nobody there except me. I gave them a litre of milk I had in the car. It was very strange. Then I walked on a dead cat… apparently a “loved” pet. It was just awful. The people running this place were unbelievably rude when I contacted them out of concern for the state of the cats, both living and dead. The woman was verbally abusive, literally screaming at me on the phone demanding my name and demanded me to leave her hotel. I just hung up. It was very awkward & disappointing indeed. The worst overnight stay experience I have ever had in 30 years of travelling. The owners here need to get a grip on reality. I am a guest. Not someone to be abused because she didn’t feed her cats or another reason given was someone had run over the cat in a car! No no no. Just disturbing. It felt like desperation. I’m expecting them to deny me this experience as this is their mindset, but I have videos and photos if anyone would like them just message me. They will deny deny deny and make their guest the scapegoat. There are so many better places to stay than here… I’m not sure if the awful woman host was worst or the dead cat.

such a beautiful, big bedroom. felt so at ease. really loved how quiet the place was and the seating area outside had a gorgeous view. lovely hot water in the shower and awesome, giant bed.

a few bugs, but not a big problem. it's the countryside, sometimes there are bugs. would be lovely to have some cups in the room and a bigger bin.

Loved the location, the quietness, the views, the room, the parking, the cleanliness and the ease of the online check-in.

I wish there was a tea and coffee station

Beautiful place, the room/bathroom is built with quality in mind.

There's no mini fridge, only a wine fridge, other than that it was perfect

Check in first because we didn’t and that caused us some issues but otherwise everything was perfect. The diner was a bit expensive but worth it one of the best we had!

It was a big room with a big bathroom and stunning view. Quiet.

I wish they had a full body mirror

The staff was super friendly! They took us to dinner and back without a problem (restaurant was 5 km away and we were only with our bikes). The place is super quiet and it has a great view!

The insects invading both rooms that we booked, decorated with all types of insects, from spiders to cockroachs, centipedee/myriapods.Dirty Pillows.Unpaved road to reach this place, you can be sure your car will be dirty and dusty, with good luck you may not have flat tires.No wifi.No available or accessible staff to welcome you or give instructions for check-in, you can just wait at the gate and hope they will pick up the phone.

Location is excellent, view is exceptional, the room was larger than expected, clean and very well furnished.Very silent at night, didn't even notice other guests were in the rooms.

Check in procedure was odd: I sent a whatsapp message to the number found on the reservation on your website, I was "given" a different number (just the number, no explanation, not a word), that I called as I reached the gate to the property (only did this because I took the time to read previous guest's feedback).All went smoothly after that, though: I was given the code to open the gate, was guided to our room, live on the phone by someone (no names given).Registration is done via a poorly designed web app: it's probably acceptable on a laptop, but it's annoying and time consuming on a smartphone (I'm the guest, I'm paying, I don't want to be bothered with admin ) No amenities in the room, except for toiletry and an empty wine cooler fridge (an electric kettle, even a cheap one, would be welcome).

Nice large, clean room with comfortable bed. Could park right outside door.

Was not greeted, did not see hosts, this place was definitely not a resort. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Black sign at night to turn down dirt road very hard to see, missed the turn off twice.
