It was a good price. Loved having the parking included for this segment of our trip where we had a car. The reception staff was nice.

The outdoor terrace existed but it was not very inviting. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were very disappointing. It was hard to get around in the room as it was kind of small. Also the water in the shower was not very hot.

The property is lovely with beautiful views into the Tuscan hills. The hotel is spotless, very clean and well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout our stay.The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold options, and the desserts, we didn’t leave hungry, we were full until dinner.Excellent service at every corner of our stay from the front end staff to the breakfast staff. I have to say this was one of our favourite places we stayed in Italy based on the level of service alone, but those thoughtful things throughout our room where we really felt like valued guests.

Due to no fault of the hotel, it was now the beginning of October and to cold to swim, so we weren’t able to use the pool, to cold. But it looked lovely. The restaurant was closed for dinner which was disappointing, we had to go into town for dinner. It surprised me because the hotel seemed like there were still a lot of guests. I think Italy is trying to adapt to a tourist season that continues to grow and extend into the winter months. Hopefully when we come back next time we will get to experience the dinners, the restaurant space and terrace is so pretty. The only other thing I could say is that our washroom was dated, extremely clean and functional, it served us fine but I did think that if someone that was on the larger side, wider person, would struggle in this shower. But as I said this didn’t affect us being smaller people and it was spotless, functional and well appointed so not really a complaint.

Beautiful hotel in historic city of Montalcino. Beautiful views from our floor, and the patio outside our door was an added bonus. Friendly helpful staff. A bit more than we'd been paying for this trip but worth it. Breakfast offered anything I would have wanted, including such things as scrambled eggs and pancakes! Croissants were fresh and delicious too!

Location is not far away from the city or the wine farm. Room with private terrace. Cakes in breakfast is good.

Not sound proof at all. We can hear clearly every move of the kids next door which makes the sleep really difficult.

Updated, fresh, quiet, wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed. Very restful. About a 20 minute walk downhill to the town and of course uphill back of moderate difficulty. We had a room without a view and since we were there only 2 nights that was fine. If I were staying longer I would be sure to stay in a room with a view of the gorgeous hills. There is plenty of parking at the hotel. The pool was crystal clear but too cold for me!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good sized room. Reasonably priced bar. Nice continental breakfast.Amazing views. Swimming pool was chilly but refreshing.

Amazing Breakfast and staffs

The pool is a bit dirty, was expecting a more fancy pool considering the price paid.

The breakfast was great, the room clean and the beds are confortable. The staff is really nice and the downstairs area is great. You can park your car at the BNB and in a very quick drive reach the city.

You can hear the other rooms at night, the pool area was not really well maintained (broken tables & dirty sun beds). With a bit more maintenance this BNB could be really great

Amazing hotel, clean, super professional staff! We stayed for 2 nights and left early in the morning before they serve breakfast, they prepared everything for us day before so we had breakfast for to go before our flight, that was so nice. 10/10 for front desk staff!!! Thank you again for everything!

Travelled for a family wedding. The hotel was a perfect base for us. The staff were outstanding, at times it felt so personal that we were in a private villa. I highly recommend this property as a base to explore this part of Tuscany.

The town of Montalcino is beautiful with lots of lovely restaurants. I do wish they had a couple of taxis.

Pool was nice and easy to check in and out. Easily walkable to town although expect it mostly uphill on the way back

The hotel was 3 minutes drive into montalcino.The view from above the swimming pool is beautiful.The staff were friendlyIt was a lovely stay!

Room with balcony no view as advertised

The pool is the BEST hotel pool ever! Wonderful! We stayed there for hours each day after sightseeing. And the breakfasts on the veranda were SO pleasant. Staff great. Just a terrific stay.

If I had to be picky, the AC needs to be stronger. It was marginal.

Everything was just PERFECTION !!The hosts are adorable, the location a dream, stunning views on the wonderful Montalcino landscapes, the facilities spotless and plenty (bar, terrasse, pool, lounge...).The place is quite, rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, matterasses excellent. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. All this at a very good price. For me it is not a 3 stars, but objectively at least 4.I definitely will come back!
