Pros +
- Beautiful, spacious and modern. Great location with large floor to ceiling windows to overlook the scenery.
- We got nice apartment at the first floor was very big and very nice also the location it’s good
- Beautiful setting on a really functional winery and restaurant. Very peaceful and relaxing. The Brunello wine they produce is excellent. The owner’s husband runs the restaurant and was able to serve us a bottle of Brunello at sunset and have us taste their rose as well.
Cons -
- The service very bad and the road to get there too it’s dirty road for 2 kilometers
- The communication and check in was inefficient. They send you a link to register your stay and don’t communicate without it done. The issue for us was that we booked last minute and could not download the registration form from our phones on the cellular network. So just be aware and complete the form as early as you can. In the end, it worked out fine for us since we arrived just before dinner time and thus staff were there. The other thing to mention is that the bed is up a very narrow circular staircase which may be hard/dangerous for older people or those with balance issues. The room has a kitchen but it is non functional except for the refrigerator/freezer.
- The bedroom was up a steep flight of stairs which will not suit guests that struggle with climbing stairs and the stove in the kitchen did not work.

Aldo was a great host and the room was modern. We arrived early which he accommodated and gave us both a glass of wine to drink while we were waiting for the room to be ready.
The bedroom was up a steep flight of stairs which will not suit guests that struggle with climbing stairs and the stove in the kitchen did not work.
Aldo was amazing. He made our stay special. He was attentive to detail especially during the wine cellar tour and during dinner. His food was great- amazing primo, delicious fresh filled pasta and eggless tiramisu. His speciality was the wine ? super! Thanks for your sterling hospitality. The view from the bed was simply perfect- lined Cypress trees.
Room needed a carpet and a little more warmth.
Stunning location, amazing room and most importantly, incredible food and wine!
Check in process could've been smoother. We booked on the day and there is no reception and check in is all done online, we were stuck waiting while the online system recognized us as checked in.
It was cozy, spacious, clean and very comfortable! An experience to be with the family and spend whole days there!Highly recommend!
Room is really good and spacious. Excellent
There is office girl in the property talk badly without respect. If I ask for simple thing she get crazy.
Bad
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After completing the reservation and self check-in, we did not receive any further instructions about the room number or how to enter. The gates were open, so we decided to drive in, but it seemed the hosts were celebrating at the time. We waited for an hour and a half, trying to call the provided numbers, but no one responded. At one point, a woman answered and rudely told us off. Eventually, what appeared to be the host showed up, clearly intoxicated. He assigned us a room and quickly left. Unfortunately, the room was completely unprepared: all the windows were open, it was very cold, there was no heating, no towels, and no toilet paper. The only redeeming factor was the beautiful view from the window. Overall, a huge disappointment.
Very atmospheric place, helpful staff, tasty food, comfortable rooms and a very fair price.
No breakfast option, difficult access.
Superb
The apartment is excellent, everything is top-notch, but the kitchen is a DISASTER. Nowhere in the listing did it mention that the kitchen was out of order, and the owner didn’t answer the phone afterward. We are impressed with everything else, but a major issue is having no water or electricity in the kitchen.Pay attention to that!
The place is wonderful, really typical and it was nice to see the sun rising in the middle of tuscan hills. The room was spacious.
The radiators were at maximum when we arrived. It took us some time to get back to a confortable temperature to sleep. We would have appreciated a little bit more of products to wash (no soap to wash hands, only 2 small bags for a shower)
Amazing place in middle of nature Toscana and the owner is a fantastic person, we felt like home
We like everything
It is a beautiful small resort in a lovely vineyard tucked away from the tourist route. The flat was spacious, clean, and simple but beautifully furnished with Tuscan antique furniture, with attention to detail. The owner, Aldo, was very accommodating and gave us a winery tour. It would be wonderful to dine at the resort on the next visit. Looking forward to visiting again in the springtime.
It would be nice to have a sofa in the living room.
Very lovely wine resort with good accommodation and friendly staff. We had a huge room in a guest house which was very comfortable.
The room could use some basic stuff like water glasses, maybe a kettle to make a tea or coffee and maybe a chair or a sofa. The only place you can sit is your bed or an outdoor seating area.
Woaw, this is an amazing place if you have a car, like to have a quiet and little bit remote place to stay and if you love wine this is really the perfect spot. Very friendly and helpful owners, I can only recommend this place.
Beautiful location, great room, check in was so easy, amazing blow dryer
No cups, the mirror in the bathroom was hung too high to get much use, nowhere to hang things up (coat hooks?), no chairs, couldn't find the remote for the tvNone of these things were a big deal. Just little touches that could make put stay a little nicer.
The area was amazingly beautiful. If you have a car its easy to arrive otherwise its hard to get there.
You have to do a self-checkin before online, this can be easily overseen. The staff was not very polite towards me when I arrived at the property. Even though I had made the online check in I went to the reception to ask about my room, this was apprently wrong to do. I did not feel welcome here.
Aldo was the perfect host. He was present when we arrived and checked out. He gave us advice of where to visit locally and also we paid for a wonderful cooking lesson with him which was really good fun! We had a very special meal at the place. The accommodation and setting were stunning! Highly recommend for a special stay!
It is great value for money, the owner is a talented chef and winemaker, very interesting experience, you can try a wine-tasting menu and dinner for an extra charge, which he will do for you. Otherwise, you will need to go back to the nearest village and check for some dining options. The property is located next to vineyards with a lovely view of Montalcino city.
There is no breakfast at the property. Booking.com should remove this from the description of the room as it makes you think that you have a private pool: "This suite's standout feature is the pool with a view." We were looking for the pool 5 minutes walking around the house and it turned out that it was on the roof of the winery across the street. :) No big deal but I do not like to be misleaded. Pool area and pool itself do not encourage you to stay there, lack of atmosphere, cleanness and comfort.
