The location bathroom and affordable . Food near by was delicious,beautiful views from the window. Nice bathrooms and parking was available for free out front of the hotel.

The spa was booked up and overrun with teenagers being loud and obnoxious. A/C did not work well in the room .

Its a maximum 2 stars hotel! Its joke, the spa not working! We was 16.30 when open, the receptionn said to me, please cime back after 19, all swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna cold! The minibar empty, no shower gel, no door the toilet( really) the skybar close! Awfull

Its old 5 star property, thus style of room and bathroom is old. Rooms and bathroom are spacious not a typical size across similar hotel.

The bathroom washbasin was clogging, hot was was not quick in taps. The destination charger for tesla was not working in night. Overall it was not 5 star property given the status.

Friendly personel, very fast check-in. Lot of parking place in garage. Comfortable beds.

Rooms poorly equiped. Empty minibar. No glasses, even no soap-saver, just basic soap, gel, shampoo and towels. No holder under shower to place gel/shampoo. Only one plastic chair on small balcony. Unavailable restaurant or premis. Would rate much better if it wouldn't be marked as 5 star. Sadly felt more like 2 star level.

The location was 10 minutes from the city centre, 10 euro’s in a taxi. The hotel is set in extensive grounds with a large swimming pool and rooftop terrace.The breakfast selection was plentiful with huge variety. We used the Italian restaurant on a number of evenings and the menu selection was excellent and the food delicious.I cannot thank the staff for their attention to detail and accommodating our requirements at short notice. They opened the rooftop terrace for our guests at short notice and they also assisted me with the organisation of tables for 35 guests in the Italian restaurant…..

The junior suite was well appointed and large

No staff, bar, cafeteria and restaurant all shut and unable to get a coffee or alcoholic drink in the late afternoon.

Receptionist Alejandro was most helpful.

Everything. The pool area was last cleaned in 2011. Restaurant closed. Spa closed. Bar closed. Bathroom of the room not cleaned with black hairs over the floor. 5 stars ? Don't fool yourself. 2 stars max ! Avoid this one.

Location and size of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed

All facilities were closed. Pools, gym, spa was extra, no place to get a drink or a coffee. No vending machines either. It had all the facilities listed on the booking page but it was nowhere near the quality stated. The hotel was also empty with maybe 10 people spotted in 3 days. Parking was empty yet they charged us €15 a day. Should have been included when everything we paid for was essentially closed. Depending on the staff, some were very rude and annoyed you spoke with them. Some were very polite and helpful.

Room temperature was extreme high , no air-conditioning. Manager asked me to open window and sleep, what a joke.it was horrible experience.

Don’b be fooled by the 5 stars in this hotel. At best I give this a 3 star. Why? There were no open restaurants or bars at the hotel during our stay, so not possible to get food or drinks. Minibar? Yes, but it was empty. Roomservice? No. We had to walk out to the nearest Mercadona to get food. At 20:00 the only restaurant that opened was 100m outside of the hotel and since the hotel is outside the city there was no other options nearby. Also it is pretty standard to have a coffee machine in the hotel room, but no. No coffee or tea.

Very nice hotel to stay near Alhambra (app. 12 minutes with taxi)... We have leave our car in parking garage and take a taxi to Alhambra and back... Very friendly and all the best...

Very big property with no guests, only one staff. No kettle, no amenities, very basic room with some furniture around. Very far from everything.

Staff was great. The hotel is clean a little dated but the entrance does have a wow factor. The hall ways are nice and the room was clean and nice as we had a terrace/balcony with a great view of the city. There is a casino next door if you like to play the slot machines or are up for some poker and/or black jack.

The bathroom sink could have been a little cleaner.

The hotel was empty no staff no clients.Bad breckfast for a 5 star.No activity in the Holtel no restaurent .....

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Beds comfortable. Pool beautifully clean. We ate out at Origin and Italo - both served fantastic food. Thank you! What a find. Perfect for exploring The Alhambra by day and night!

The hotel must have been amazing in its day but it’s dated and needs a lot of cosmetic work to get it back into form.

It was a bit run down. Being off season there were a lot of amenities that weren’t available.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and spoke good English.

Not enough chairs at the pool. Croisants etc. were not fresh at the breakfest.
