The location.

I did not feel welcomed. My family waited 25 minutes to receive a bread basket and have our order taken. People (European) came in after us and was served immediately, even they noticed the treatment. It was humiliating and sad. When I asked if we were going to be served, the staff got mad.

Personnel at the reception very kind and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Free parking available in the area.

Pillows are very uncomfortable. I think it's really the time to invest in some quality pillows.

We appreciated the hotels proximity to the airport as we had an early morning flight, as well as the restaurants snd shops that were within walking distance. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and accommodating. We found our room very clean. It is the second time we use this hotel before flying out and we were satisfied both times.

The facility was clean, the staff was very kind and dinner at the restaurant was quite good. I was also given complimentary water bottles.

Since I had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am, I would have liked the shuttle to be available at that time. The location near the airport was drab, but that is understandable.

Shuttle service to airport starts at 7 am so if you have an early flight you need to arrange for a taxi.Air conditioning was so-so and the room was too warm for sleeping comfortably.Restaurant food was reasonably good. Waiter was not.

I arrived late, the restaurant was getting ready to close but they were kind enough to prepare me a Cesar Salad, the waiter was extremely kind. Next morning the receptionist gave me good directions to walk to the shops nearby. Next morning I departed very early so I missed my breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel which is very near the airport of Geneva.

Staff were fantastic. Sestri Ponente was a much more vibrant and interesting area than it first seemed, facing the port. AC was excellent and the room was quiet.

Rooms were new and clean, and Breakfast was superb.

Staff at the reception were very insolent and estremely unreasonable..!I booked for 5 rooms and 1 of them was Family Tripler room which shall be bigger and accomodate 3 adults and 2 kids. They provided a Standard Double room instead. They denied they breach the reservation and refuses to refund the extra charges I paid for the Triple room. The reason why we need a bigger room was that one of the couples were not a couple and the lady should sleep with other ladies. As the result, I had to sleep with the gentleman and my wife had to sleep with the lady. I would never give in to their extremely unreasonable and unpleasant attitude, and I will chase may claim agaist them for not only the refund but also reimbursement of the mental damages I got from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was superb.

We booked 3 Doubles, 1 Twin and 1 Triple room, but they provided 3 Doubles and 2 Twins as the 1st booking I made before I changed right after...

Comfortable bed, transactionally helpful staff at desk.

Stuffy room with no air system to bring some oxygen. Shower only extremely hot or making a loud noise. Overall hotel looks a bot rundown.

The free shuttle service that they provide to pick up and leave you at the airport it worked perfectly.Rooms were super comfortable, specially the beds.The breakfast is served with many options to choose, fantastic!

The restaurant, we had dinner at the restaurant hotel and the menu didn't had many options to choose, was expensive for what we got, and the food was not very tasty.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is practical for early morning flights, I used the shuttle service they provided and it was great ?

The hotel was good, but the only reason we booked room in it that it offered free transfer to the airport.When we arrived they told us that the transfer is only available from 7 am,which was to late for our flight.So the hotel called us a taxi which got to the airport in less than 2 minutes and asked 20 euros. This information wasn't available on booking.com when we reserved the room. Otherwise we would have booked hotel in the center where we can have a million options to amuse ourselves and go to the airport by taxi.When we arrived we paid 27euros for the taxi from the airport to the city center,a 20 minute drive.

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is very good with gluten + lactose free options available. Room was super clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite!

The only thing is not about the hotel, but at the moment there are works around the area which is not appealing.
