Great location smack in the middle of town with a parking option. Friendly service good breakfast beautiful room with a view we enjoyed

The staff were so kind! Able to check in early as the rooms were ready. Help to park the car. Delicious breakfast. Our room looked out on pretty Christmas lights. We could park and access everything with walking.

Everything was just right.

Perfectly located right in the historic center. Super clean rooms, comfy beds and updated bathrooms. There is a lovely little lounge with free coffee/ tea all day to pass the time if you have spare time. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking was the only issue. We booked a parking spot but the garage seemed very crowded to we elected to park on the street.

Loved everything about our stay here. Great location, clean and comfy room and the staff were wonderful.

Best accommodations we enjoyed during our 3 week trip: pristine, comfortable (having AC in the room was wonderful), and beautiful old hotel. 2 thumbs way up

The only small negative was having to pay for metered parking.

The location was fantastic. We were in an older room but it was very clean and well presented. It had an excellent guest lounge with vending machines for drinks and sweets and a nice outdoor terrace. Breakfadt was very good.

We asked reception if they could book us a taxi for an early departure the next morning. They said we had to do it ourselves. Not very helpful.

Convenient low cost parking in a great location within this truly beautiful medieval city. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items from which to chose.Friendly and inviting staff.

The weather! It was cold, cloudy and on the second day it was drizzling. But none of this diminished the beauty of this charming old city.

Very good location in the city center, 4 minutes walk from the Main river and nearest parking. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Very friendly and nice staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Free coffee and tea in the lounge area, good and rich breakfast, fast and stable WiFi. Very beautiful interior of the hotel.

Pillows are too soft

Only issue is not just this hotel but all that we stayed in. We bought a couple of pillows the next day and used them everywhere we stayed for the next two weeks.

I’ve stayed 30+ hotels during 3 months in Europe and this was the best value, comfort and everything else we’ve had. Free selection coffee, filtered water station in hall, lounge with tea and snacks, outside sundeck for chilling, great breakfast, etc etc etc.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Even for an old building the rooms were really nice. The breakfast was really good. Everything was really fresh and the staff was really kind. Hope to stay here also in the future.

it was such a lovely experience coming to a hotel like this, all those nice little touches (just you need to read German too :) ). Clean, allows late check-in after a call, exceptional environment, hefty breakfast.
